No, I had to ask ASC because it was not on my offer either. Vpainter sent me the brochure which has a few more pictures and layout, which is not on the Saudi Scenes facebook pictures.

I just saw in the aramcojobs.com website that some of the jobs that were offered have been taken off the site. Does this mean the jobs have been filled or is it that Aramco has too many job requests and they met their deadline for applicants?

Update on my timeline:
(Materials Supply Department - Canada) Interview in ASC Houston: March 6 Confirmation of successful interview: March 13 Offer Received via email: April 1 Offer Accepted via email: April 2 FedEx package received: April 4 Relocation Advisor assigned (1st contact): April 4 Sent back FedEx package (including BI, medicals and school forms): April 14 Confirmation from Relocation Advisor that documents received and complete: April 17 BI agent assigned (1st contact requesting additional info): April 17
Things are moving fast for me, my concern is the degree attestation process as my degree is from Venezuela and I know that this will slow things down. I still don't know how is that process to get it attested. My relocation advisor mentioned that she will put me in contact with Latin America Human Resources next week who will assist me in this process. Let's see.

Nice work dave74.
I had my background investigator assigned mid-March and it's been pretty quiet ever since. I don't think it's a bad thing really but after everything seeming to go fairly quick it has slowed down a bit. However, from what I understand after your BI is complete things begin picking up again. Good ol' "hurry-up-and-wait" kind of thing but it's all going to be worth it!

Hi all - it has been about 2 months since my interview in Houston and two weeks since a video interview with a different department. I was wondering if anyone interviewed in Houston in March or April this year for a HR role and if you had any feedback. Thanks and good luck all.

Finally I received my offer yesterday. I am surprise that I was interviewed for some different position but I got an offer for totally different position. I do not know what to do know. I asked recruiter to verify if it is a mistake but she confirmed that is not a mistake. I even do not have job description for that job.
In my offer it states that company offers me employment for work at Udhalliyah. What does that mean? Will I be working in Udhalliyah compound or in some oil and gas facility near udiliyah? What they normally mention in offer for work location? do they mentioned specifically the facility/oil & gas plant name or just a compound or area name like Dhahran, ras tanura, abkak, udhalliyah etc..
Can you folks advise please. Thanks,
