We submitted paystubs/application back in May, offer was cut in December.
It's probably a little early to be writing the recruiters.

I do not think it is normal to get offer in 7 months. As per this form most of the people are getting offers in 10 to 15 days after submitting pay stubs.

Just sharing our experience. Matches 2008 with app/stubs in May, months of silence, and offer in October. Forgot to mention its our second go. Few weeks is exception not rule based on our experience and watching candidates come in during the time we lived there. Summary: Not hearing anything for weeks or even months is not uncommon.

I am very pleased to let you know that I got my offer today!! It feels so good to receive that email. The original documents will come via FedEx within 1 day. Here is my timeline:
Interview in ASC Houston: March 6 Confirmation of successful interview: March 13 Offer Received via email: April 1
I was never asked to submit my paystubs. I input my salary information in the employment application. I'll update my timeline as things progresses.
Good luck!

Hi,
I was invited to attend another video conference interview this month with a gas operation department. The problem is I've attended already video conference interview last month with Aramco but for a different department. The result for the last interview was not released yet. Should I just attend this interview? If I attend, will it be any effect on the result for my previous interview? Hope somebody can explain on this.
Rgds, Syahril

Syahril - it's entirely possible that as a result of your last interview they thought that you may be a better fit in that department and the new department wants to interview you. I'd suggest following up with your recruiter as they should be able to give you the best answer. Regardless, if you're intersted in working with Aramco I'd highly suggest you attend this new video conference.

Got the offer through email yesterday. It's really good. Haven't received the hard copy package from FedEX yet today. I am excited about the first step but prepared for the long process afterwards. Just like to share the time here. There must be lots of people still anxiously waiting for the offer.

I also got my offer yesterday, countered this morning at 6:30 AM and got the new offer at 3:30 PM. Lightning speed. Accepted the offer tonight, headed to Rakkah.

MissingSki - nice work pal! Have fun with all of the paperwork...
pierce3215 - congrats as well! Did it state in your offer letter that you'd be going to Rakkah? Mine didn't say anything at all, just work location but my relocation advisor mentioned that "more than likely" we'd be headed to Rakkah.
