TrainingProf, Im not clear about your med/BI status. Does that mean they have cleared? (I'm anxiously waiting for medical clearance, which has been taking a looooonng time)
Medical & BI cleared: Sent to Saudi Aramco May 15, 2013

Since yellow does not show up very well, I wanted to show that the last step before "clear" is that they get sent to Aramco in Saudi who has the final say. It is my understanding that the medical comes in two parts. The 1st has to do with the paperwork you fill out and has to do with your physical ability to perform your job and any chronic issues that may cause problems while in country (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.). The second medical is the visa medical which are the tests performed at orientation (chest x-ray, blood, urine and stool tests). These are to make sure you are "clean" enough to be allowed into Saudi Arabia. You may or may not ever hear that your medicals are cleared, but I was told "no news is good news". Speaking only for myself, the dates reflect the timeline I was told by my Relocation Adviser and not any specific "your medical is clear" message. This is privileged information by law and only the ASC medical personnel can release it only to you. The BI report gets sent to SA once it is completed for final clearance.

Hi Mac, You will submit dependents information as part of the initial paperwork, including school transcripts, immunization records, etc. Then your relo advisor will initiate school registration with Saudi Aramco school.[/quote]
Thanks revive for clarifying.

TrainingProf, Thanks for the info. In my case, my relo advisor told me that I had cleared BI and visa medical. No words whatsoever on the 'medical questionnaire'. Since my timeline is very similar to yours, I'm hoping to clear it some time soon.

Hi All,
Congratulations to all who had an offer. I didn't get any offer yet, but the stuffing consultant emailed me last week and said I will be getting one in the mail by 5/29. Here is my timeline as far as I remember:
2/7/2013: Interview in Houston 3/11/2013: Phone interview with people in Dhahran 4/4/2013: Asked to send pay slips. 4/5/2013: Sent pay slips. 5/19/2013: Got an email from Stuffing Consultant that I will be receving an offer in the mail.
I am a little worried that the rest won't finish before schools start. Are there any geophysicists who will start soon in Dhahran?
Cheers MY

FINALLY!
Offered Position: Program Development & Evaluation yst/Instructional Program Designer Department: Program Development and QA Location: Ras Tanura
Online Resume Submission to Career Site/Recruiter: November 2012 Email from Houston ASC recruiter: Jan 24, 2013 Houston Interview conducted: Saay, Feb. 16th, 2013 Email Offer Received: Mar 18, 2013 FedEx Offer, Medical and BI Received: March 19, 2013 Offer, Medical and BI paperwork mailed to ASC: March 25, 2013 Relocation Adviser assigned: April 3, 2013 Received Benefits/direct deposit/Visa app/other paperwork packet: April 4, 2013 Houston orientation and Medical: April 15, 2013 BI Started: April 13, 2013 Reference Check for BI: April 24, 2013 (First contact with BI) Visa Medical Cleared: May 1, 2013 Medical & BI cleared: Sent to Saudi Aramco May 15 / Cleared on Jun 19th, 2013 Visa application submitted: May 17, 2013 Visa application approved: May 31, 2013 Departure date: (NEW) June 29, 2013
The longest lapse seemed to be the BI approval in Saudi. That took over a month which was hard to take given that the visa was approved. I will not hit the July payroll now but at least I have my "good to go" email.
See you on the beach! 8)
