o All,
I've been browsing through various topics and just like most of you, I am a prospective new hire.Going though the forum, I guess the overall process is pretty long and exhausting with patience being the key.I was interviewed in Houston by ASC on Feb8th.So, I thought it is better to start a exclusive new topic of timeline of people who have been interviewed by ASC in Feb 2013 this year and will be in the near future. As for me, the following is my timeline to date.
Houston Interview - Feb 8th 2013
Call from ASC for Paystubs - Feb 11
These are my events till now.I have been told to wait atleast 3 weeks for further information.I am not sure if the authorities in Saudi too will take another decision on my application or if the recommendation from ASC is sufficient for them to prepare an offer.From the experience of others, I am hoping to get the offer soon to get things started.Please post all your timelines as we can help each other in this long but fruitful process. I will keep on up......... mine once I hear anything.

Confirmation that offer is being process: 02/20/2013
Additional Informations Requested to finalize the offer: 2/22/13
Email offer: 02/25/13
Hard copy offer (Fedex): 02/28/13
Acceptance: 03/01/13
Submitted (BI & Medical) paperwork: 03/06/13
Relocation Advisor Assigned: 03/16/13
Received Benefits/direct deposit/Visa app/other paperwork packet:03/19/13
BI started: 03/18/13
Orientation: 04/08/2013
Medical checks (blood work/chest xray): 04/08/2013
Cleared Medical: 05/13/2013
Cleared background: 05/13/2013
Apply for Visa:05/14/2013
Got Visas:
Flight to Arabia:06/27/2013

Hi,
Here is my time line for Civil Structural Project Engineer Interview.
Houston Interview - Feb 9th 2013
Call from ASC for Paystubs - none yet
They ask me to wait 1-2 weeks. It will be two weeks this saay. Dont know what to do?
Should I contact them? They even didnt ask for paystubs yet.

Here is my timeline:
Feb 7th: Contacted by the Recruiter
Feb 8th: Interview at the Houston office
Feb 8th: Verbal offer/confirmation of successful interview (right after the interview)
Feb 8th: Email offer notification with additional information request (paystub, family and personal information)
March 4th: Finally was able to contact the recruiter. My recruiter mentioned that they are working with hundreds of applicants, thus the reason of no reply to my earlier inquiries. Apparently my offer still stands.
ETA given: Two weeks to receive the written offer. But based on what I have seen on the forum, it could potentially be up to two months.
Will keep you guys updated. Good luck to everyone.

Usjd,
I would suggest you give a call to the recruiter who scheduled your interview as he will be the one with all the details regarding your application.I am new to this so I will also be doing the same thing if I don't hear back in 3 weeks.

Here is my timeline:
Interview: Feb9, 2013 in Houston
Right after interview, they asked for my application form.
No call for paystubs.
Followed up last week: My recruiter said I was recommended for offer and would call me this week with a bit more detail. but no call this week.

Hi,
Got email today from recruiter exactly 2 weeks later...
Being told..."hiring managers went back to Arabia with a status of “offer recommended” for you!Now I am just waiting for the final approval at the department level."
Not sure what exactly that means...I am hopeful to hear some thing positive SOON.

We might meet in Houston on Feb 9, 2013. Ater Interview which scheduled at 11:00am, I was sent to the international airport and flied to Dallas then to Calgary.
My displine is Reservoir Engineering.
I will let you know any further news about my application. Keep in touch.

December, 2012 Interview Schedule( didnt hold)
December 18th 2012, Video Interview Schedule( did'nt hold/)
Jan 8th, 2013 Video interview Schedule( didn't hold)
January 16th, 2013 1st Phone interview
January 29th, phone call Intent to offer, i should send pay stub.
Feb 4th Sent in two pay stubs.
Feb 25th Got email from recruiter, Aramco need two month pay stubs
Feb 25th Sent in three months pay stubs.
Still waiting for the real offer, i was told that the pay stubs are for tax purposes? ummm......or the wanna figure were the can place you as per pay scale?
Patience is the key here.

Hi Calgarysjz,
My interview was from 9:00 - 10:00 on Feb 9th.
I left for airport right after that as my flight was at 12:30 to denver and then calgary.
Not sure if we met. But yeah sure keep in touch.
Its a long way ahead.
Not sure what we make out of ' offer recommended' as my recruiter was telling me that they are just waiting for jus final approval but hiring managers approved it.
I guess this means interview is passed?
What u think of this?

I'll probably have an interview next week. Any idea if interviews are conducted by managers from aramco Saudia or local technical folks? How long is each interview and any pointers would be helpful. What do they ask in general during the interviews etc?
