my interview was scheduled the same date as you in AlKhobar city but I received call from the recruiter saying that "the interview was cancelled due to COVID19, and they will contact me soon". Also I received offer letter from different recruiter and I signed it same week and still waiting the working date as well when I can resign from my current job, I think this will take long time with present situation with COVID19.

I have been waiting for an offer since Oct 2019. The recruiter keeps saying the team has assured them offer is on track for approval. Is anyone else in the same boat? I know it takes long but it’s been over six months now.

Hi All!!! I was involved in an interview (video) on February 6 this year. HR representative from London office contacted me mid of March to send filled application for employment in and all my documents including payslips. March 26 I provided all requested documents. How long time is needed to receive an offer? How long time is needed for joining? The job is based in Dhahran for Upstream Center of Excellence. Hi Andrew, Pretty similar to my timing: I had online interview around the end of January through Aramco Asia, got all the documents for "Offer Recommendation" sent to them early March and haven't heard back from Aramco since. The role is in the Upstream Department as well. I reckon COVID nightmare is playing against us. Additionally, Ramadan starts at the end of April hence if we do not here from them before it starts, we can only expect any news in June/July the earliest. Cheers, D |

trying to find out more info from HR rep from London office she told me that due to COVID the process will be slow, and in trends with COVID crisis. I think when this crisis will be completely contained maybe then we receive something clear with stages for enrollment.

from my side nothing new. Just waiting. Hi Andrew, I was interviewed for Reservoir Engineer probably based in Dharhan as well. No news at my end too. A day or two before Ramadan I called the HR person who was handling my paperwork and she sounded pretty uncertain about the status of my case. Actually, I got a feeling all recruitment might be on hold either formally or informally. My understanding it is WFH there as well what wouldn't be making things quicker even at better settings. And though it is sad to admit, if we take the price of oil into account I am not holding my breath about this opportunity. But... It is always good to stay positive and hope for the best :-) Cheers, D |

We'll see. waiting is the only thing to do now. maybe to be positive and till summer or fall we have something in our hand. at least a clear message...rejection or hold status till the environment after COVID will be better.

After the summer and fall were quite and HR in UK told me that recruitment process will be restarted for some expat positions in winter on December 13 I was interviewed again for the same position within the same department but redesigned JoD for the position. and surprisingly new management team of the department. Now I am waiting for a resolution after the interview.
