Hi,
I was interviewed on Oct.01/12 in Houston and was called by my recruiter on Oct.15 that Aramco would like to extend you an offer please submit 2 pay stubs. So far I have not heard after that about offer as I called today and recruiter told me SA closed for holidays and now check back after 2 weeks. Please update me if any one got an offer or any word from recruiter and time frame.

Thyssenkrupp: It took them 3 months after I sent my payslips to send me an offer. My hiring process fro interview to departure (next week) was 8 months... PATIENCE is key. Best of luck

Thyssenkrupp: I had a scheduled interview on Feb 20th, 2012 and flew from Baltimore to Houston. After two days I was asked by ASC to submit pay stub so that they can prepare my package. I had not heard anything back until July and was told that the position was offered to someone else. It did not make any sense to me why they told me to extend an offer and then position was offered to someone else. I spoke to my recruiter and she said I may heard back from them for the same kind of position. Please see other candidate's timeline as nothing is guaranteed until you arrive in Saudi.

How much detail they check on this. Do they check every reference related to each job or just few recent jobs. I have seen few posts they said 2 some said 3 please clarify and how deep they go into that detail if any one can shed some light on this?

I was also interviewed on 1 Oct 2012 and i was asked for 2 pay stubs after 2 days of interview itself. However i am still awaiting for offer letter which should come between 5 to 10 November 2012. Once your recuriter told you about offer letter, its mean, you are going to have good news indeed.

Hi Thyssenkrupp,
I was interviewed on 4th of Oct and was asked to submit two recent paystubs the same day which I did but I haven't got any response from them after that. In my case they didn't inform me if they will extend an offer or not. Since I was asked to submit the paystub, should I assume that the offer will follow?

Thanks Ris please update me once you got your offer letter as my recruiter told me the same because of the Eid holiday expect something at the same time frame between Nov.5 to Nov.10th as mentioned by you in the message. Wish you best of luck as well.

I think that Aramco tends to hire in cycles. To get an idea on typical times for each phase of hiring, look at the "Houston ASC" thread. Then create one of your own so you can follow the October interview group. Knowing that you are not alone in the slow pace helps ease the anxiety.
BTW - I would expect at least a month between pay stub submittal and receipt of an offer.

Contacted by IPAMS for the interview – 8/9/2012
Interviewed via Skype – 8/14/2012
Passed the Interview – 8/15/2012
Submitted the pay stub – 8/20/2012
Received the Offer Letter – 9/3/2012
Medical – 9/11/2012
BI (done by contractors based in UK) – emailed me for additional documents 10/17/2012
VISA granted – around Oct 2012
Departure – (around December 2012)

In my case, I was interviewed on 2nd week of Oct, and got a call from the recruiter on 25th Oct. Pay slip submitted on the same day,, now waiting for my offer letter..
