Good evening everyone, I need your advice regarding timeline. I passed interview last week, before that I had sent pay slips, diplomas and other required documents to HR of SA. For the time being only one question bothers me - namely did the interview pass successfully of not. When might I expect to get any feed back from HR, regarding results of the interview. Does Aramco inform if you didn't pass? Thanks in advance for any help in my question.

Nguyen, Was the interview pretty straight forward? I'm interviewing for finance position next week at ASC. I had a phone screen a couple weeks ago with staff in Saudi Arabia.

I find the interviewers were very knowledgeable and asked questions along the line of the job descriptions. It is a panel of three and lasted more than an hour. If your recruiter provided you with any advice or tips, study them well. Good luck!!!

Thanks Nguyen. If you don't mind me asking, do you know what Finance Dept/Div you'll be working in?

Hihi, I'm new to this forum and was hoping to get some insights from fellow members.
Appreciate if anyone could share their insights to the following:
1) How long is the wait before you hear feedback of your interview session? 2) Anyone in Asia who has been headhunted for a finance specialist role with interviews conducted mid April? If so, have you had any further updates?
I interviewed for a finance specialist role and really like what has been discussed so far so was hoping to understand how Saudi Aramco's recruitment process is like and when to seek feedback since it has been 2+ weeks.
Thank you all!

Please read the timelines. It will show you that each timeline between each part of the hiring process is different. No one can tell you how long it will be before you hear something.

o Lizalub, I wonder if you applied for an online advert. ? How long did it take you from online application to receiving the first communication from HR? I have applied for a couple of online jobs, but those posting on Aramco website never have any closing date so how long one should expect to have a reply from HR?
