They are used to move house and are accumulated based on tenure. It’s 1.5 per month on the payroll + 80 for gc14, 100 for gc15 etc…so after 1 year at gc14 you’ll have 98 points. you can only move after 2 years, then only a total of 3 times in your total service at aramco.
Anything worth moving to goes for over 300 points so it’s basically impossible to move unless you have wasta. You also now have to compete with locals who often have 800 points for working here for 25 years…

Hi, New joiner here, we are still in the process and I am waiting for all of the paperwork to be done. I was curious to hear what kind of housing you ended up getting? Size and general state of it? I’m due to join with my spouse and they’ve said we’d only get a 1 bed apartment instead of the 2 bed house described in the relocation guide. Many thanks!

I’m not sure there even are any 1 beds that aren’t bachelor housing, gc11-14. Couples are 2 bed, usually. Although an apartment rather than a house is a possibility but not one they can definitively inform you of, that’s housing right before you arrive.
