This, plus it is Ramadan. Work hours are reduced and many take leave. Another 2 weeks and everything will resume as normal. Update: The status changed to "additional documents provided" on 3 of April 2024. It appears to me that HR in Saudi and HR in London are communicating to each other while keeping me out of the loop . Anyways there is movement which is good i guess. You'll never be CC'd or included in any email chains between AOC and Saudi HR

Hi all,
I had an interview 14 months ago, more specifically Feb 2023 and I had no feedback or update. Upon contacting a recruiter he told me that no evaluaton was made to your interview and it was not you only, more four applicants had the same situation for the same role. Has nayone had the same sitation or knew about it.

Any ideas how long it can take from here to actually get an offer. The recruiter says the offer will follow thru him, but he does not know the timeline.

I have a job application that says congratulations your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization for 3 months now. Do you think the job can still be active because I can’t find the role on available vacancies on the Aramco website it’s like I am the sole candidate for the position?

Hi all,
I have a situation and I was wondering if people can provide feedback as to whether what is happening to me is normal or not.
My situation is as follows; I applied for 3 positions that I realized they were all under the same department. Once applied all the three statuses changed to "under review". I was selected for an interview and once status changed to "selected for an interview" and the second one stayed unchanged. The last one changed to "moved to another requisition" and stayed like this up to this point. My interview was conducted end of Feb in Singapore and I was told it was successful and they would like to move forward with my application. After interview, one status changed to "thank you for participating in our interview process". The second changed to "will contact you to discuss our offer for you" and kept up......... everyday in the system with the same status. I was asked to do the paperwork and was contacted by Credence and kicked off the Background Investigation. About two weeks after completing the paperwork for Credence to status the Background Investigation, the two statuses changed in the system. One now says "not selected" and the second says "not selected after interview" I contacted aramco recruiter in Singapore to ask for clarification as to whether I am still considered or my application is unsuccessful but no response whatsoever.
I am just wondering if these statuses are true reflections of the actual status for applicants went thus far with the paperwork and process? Have people received job offers after status changed to "not selected" after conducting successful interview and conducting Background Investigation?

My situation was kind of same,I had three interviews within 2 weeks for three different departments. Later I received rejection for one position and guess what, that's the position I am working in Aramco now. Looked like HR got confused with which job I was selected. Online status is not real reflection and I would suggest you don't check that portal.

Are you saying that since I have been told that I am successful and proceeded up to BI, the online status may potentially not mean what it says? In short, my application may still be considered and I might get an offer?

I heard that the first Three (3) Months salary is often paid in advance after procuring your work permit and before embark on your journey to assume duty. Can someone please confirm if that's true..
