I applied in Dec-2021 & have an inquiry about the job application status "Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded". Does this mean that I am shortlisted for an interview?
Appreciate if you can feedback.

I also applied in December and got the same message. First the status was “application received” then it was changed to “ "Congratulations! your application has been forwarded"
I guess it means that the application passed a screening phase and forwarded to the concerned department.

Thanks, tiktok, for sharing. I am very confused, this thread refers to Brass Rings job application platform. Meanwhile aramco websire directed me to SuccessFactors platform. I am not sure which one Aramco HR is currently using. any idea? |

Looks like the Aramco jobs login is takes you to Successfactors so I would assume that is what is being used now.

As has been said many times before, everyone's hiring experience and timeline is unique to them. And policies, timelines etc. seem to change pre-post covid, by hiring department, by country you apply from etc.,
I understand for many it's a dream possibility to work for Aramco and they long process would be less nerve racking with someone to give you a guideline but in the end you just have to wait and wade your way through each step.
Any news is generally good news, how long it takes between getting news is the tough part and it can be anywhere between weeks and months.

I also applied for two positions few couple of days ago. One of the application status changed to " Congratulations we have sent your application .....
the other application is still in review stage.

Did you guys get an update on your applications? I applied to few positions on the website and have the same Congratulations message. Not sure what comes next in the process.
Also do you guys know if there is a limit to the number of applications one can apply to? I applied to many positions that fits my experience and not sure if that is a good thing?

Applied January 12th, Status changed to "Congradulations! your application has been forwarded" on January 14th. January 17th Status Changed to "You have been selected for an Interview" - Hoping to recieve interview invitation soon.

Applied for the position……status says” congratulations your application has been sent to the hiring organization”…… for some it says the application has been forwarded but not to hiring org.
not sure what it is the difference between just forwarded or forwarded to hiring org?

No interview call yet. Status still shows “you have been selected for an interview”. I heard it could take weeks or months.
