At the beggining of December, status was changed, than after few days got a request to submit pay slips and other documents. Today have received an offer. Anyone can know the status is “Move to another requisition” means? Anyone received more feedback after status is changed to “Move to another requisition? |

I had sn interview in dec 2023. Now the status has changed to “ Thanks for your efforts so far, your recruiter will connect when we can continue the process”.
Does anybody had similar status update in their journey ?

Hi All,
My interview was completed on 24th October 23 (salary certificates, degree certificates submitted before interview)
Post interview received confirmation mentioning that I am shortlisted for Salary recommendation stage and requesting me to submit PPHQ documents.
All PPHQ documents submitted on 15th November
CREDENCE contacted me and I had submitted all required documents to CREDENCE on 21st Nov.
After this its silent. My status currently shows "Thanks for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will contact to you when we can continue the process"
Do we get any email from CREDENCE after completion of BI? or should I need to send an email to CREDENCE to check if BI is completed?
Looking forward for kind advice.

I have question regarding application form, in which one check box is saying Aramco can contact the exiting employer (yes/no). can someone guide me what is the appropriate answer for this question in application form.
and also if I Choose (no) is there any disadvantages during background check etc..

There is no problem or disadvantage to tick check box “no”. If you tick yes, then it might be problem from your current employer 😉 |

They will ask you for other proof of your current job. Joining/offer letter and 3 recent payslips. You should not tick yes as it will be a problem for your current job. The process can take 6 months and you don’t want to be unemployed during that period with no guarantee that offer will be made. Good luck! |

All PPHQ documents submitted on 15th November CREDENCE contacted me and I had submitted all required documents to CREDENCE on 21st Nov. You need to be patient. I know it is very difficult. I was in your shoes last month. The main holdup is normally from Saudi as they need to het required approvals before the offer can be made. I was asked for pre-offer education verification in first week of December. I know for the fact that Credence had not done any verification due to Christmas holidays as they asked for the additional info on last working day of 2023. I got the offer on first week of Jan. Currently my BI is in progress.You can double check with your previous employer if they have been contacted for verification. Best of luck! |

Recruiter not answering any emails, number not answering also. Its a bit annoying |

It's mentioned in KYC clarification, as far as I remember. So no worries. |

Has someone received an offer after long time(6 months or more) but you did not know that whether you were TQ or backup candidate?
I can see that many of them received offer because whether they were TQ or back-up candidate and was informed by RA.
