application status is the most frustrating process ever with Aramco. Recruiters don’t help, website is very slow. Recruiters can't help. You apply, take the interview if successful and the recruiting department then make a decision based on the interview - at the pace of their choosing. Until that decision is made the the recruiter can do nothing. Yes! They are just like a postman delivering the news. They are dependent on Saudi Aramco to make the decision. They just communicate the news with the candidate. |

Just quick update, I contacted the recruiter over phone and he told me look like my application will not proceed (despite Technically qualified and sharing of all documents like payslips,..etc) as they have cut the hiring, I am referring to digital transformation department.

Heared that aramco is deferring projects which will affect the hiring process? Any clue? It all depends if the position was linked with expansion project. If not, there want me and delay from it. |

application status is the most frustrating process ever with Aramco. Recruiters don’t help, website is very slow. In baby cases, online status doesn't get updated at all. I joined Aramco and status was still "application forwarded to hiring...." |

Heared that aramco is deferring projects which will affect the hiring process? Any clue? They deferred offshore projects mainly in the EPC, EPCI space. I would imagine it will mostly impact for the commissioning roles. |

Hi, I applied to some positions for the same role, the recruiter called me from the phone, after two positions changed the status to "moved to another requisition" an the other to "congratulations! your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization".
Anybody know what that means?

I read about your experience following the project management workshop in Houston and your subsequent interview for the field compliance coordinator position. It sounds like a mix-up might have occurred, especially with the online application showing a status for a different role, the safety advisor position.
When I was invited to interview with Aramco, my invitation clearly outlined the position I was being considered for. This leads me to wonder, did the email invitation you received specifically mention the Field Compliance Coordinator position, or was it indicated as Field Compliance Coordinator / Safety Advisor, or possibly just the Field Compliance Coordinator role only?
This clarification could shed some light on whether there was a genuine misunderstanding or if the roles were somehow interlinked in their recruitment process. It’s a bit puzzling that the recruiter mentioned no decision had been made yet, contrary to the online status. It might just be a standard procedure or an error in their system, but it’s definitely worth getting to the bottom of.
Also, I think it would be great to keep in touch more directly about this. Do you use WhatsApp or would email be more convenient for you? This way, we can communicate more efficiently and perhaps I can offer more specific advice or help as things develop.
Looking forward to your reply and hoping everything gets clarified soon.

I’m confused!! My recruiter emailed me saying my interview was successful, I’m amongst the top shortlisted candidates and asked for my documents. But my job portal shows ‘not selected after interview’ What does this mean??! Hi dear friend. Could you please let me know if you got an offer after status change as mentioned below by another forum member that he had a positive experience with it? |

I had an interview on 7 March and next day recruiter asked for salary slips, application form and educational documents. He told feedback was positive. Same day the job portal status changed to "thank you for participating in out interview process". on 27 March the status changed to "additional documents requested" does anybody know what it could mean? as i had already provided all the documents earlier as mentioned above. The recruiter not answering my email or call.

Be patient, the recruiter will contact you in due course. Additional documents could be anything…. Discrepancy between application form and CV, any gap in employment or some other relevant information specific to you/your career, key info missing in the application form etc. Don’t worry if you can substantiate everything in your CV and application. |

Update: The status changed to "additional documents provided" on 3 of April 2024. It appears to me that HR in Saudi and HR in London are communicating to each other while keeping me out of the loop  . Anyways there is movement which is good i guess. |
