I had my interview done in the 2nd week of february 2023 and was told that i will receive feedback from the recruiter which i have yet to receive.
I am aware that this has been discussed in length and no one answer perhaps fits all.
My question is that is it standard practice that only those who have been successful in the interviews are notified?
Any thoughts or comments will be greatly appreciated.

My application on the career page has been on selected for interview since october 2022. I am yet to be called.
Is anyone having the same issue?

kaycee2050 Not sure why that is the case, but have you tried to check if the particular role you applied for is still active in the portal? It is worth trying mate.

If your status is saying: application under review - what does that mean ?
I have been waiting for 2 months but no updates.
Any insight is welcome.

Some of my are old as 6 months with same status but position is not on job portal any more. One position shows selected for interview since September but position is not on job portal now anymore. |

Agree - “under review” means nothing. It is an autogenerated response that u receive now as soon as u apply.

maxi , please let me know if anything has changed since you last had that status update. We are at the same stage. My application status reads - "Thanks for your effort so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". I don't want to start bugging my recruiter with follow-up emails just yet. I understand that patience is key in a recruitment process with Aramco, with all that I have read so far. o everyone, I'm on the same boat, after 2 months from interview my status now is "Thanks for your effort so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". Can anyone share his experience. Thank you. |

Hi everyone, does Aramco send autogenerated rejection email if they do not proceed with an applicant further? I did HireVue interview three days ago and waiting for the outcome. Not sure if they haven't evaluated it yet or I am already in the garbage bin. I didn't apply through website, so I cannot track anything. External recruiter approached me on LinkedIn, but the link to the recorded interview came to my inbox directly, outside of the agency recruiter.
Those who received an invitation to the next step, how soon did it happen after the HireVue? Days? weeks? Month? I get it that every case is individual and in general recruitment is a long process, but just the ballpark. Appreciate your experience.

Do you know about UR Technical Services Contract?
What is the differences between to be hired via UR Technical Services Contract or directly Saudi Aramco.
Or can Saudi aramco can/cant hire foreign people without UR Technical Services Contract?

Its very difficult for anyone to give any timeline as it varies significantly and also based on how urgent department is looking to fill given position. Also note that Ramadan will start this week which will significantly slow down all process. Hence, my suggestion is to carryon with your life and you will be contacted if selected for next round else you will unnecessarily stress yourself. |

Hi all! My timeline up to the offer:
1. Application
2. HR contacted me about position - 1 week from application
3. first video interview with the technical team - 2 weeks from application
4. second audio interview with VP - 1,5 month from application
5. written offer - 3 months from application
