Nothing was said about a contingent offer was coming when they asked for passport & payslips?
It’s a good sign but if nothing was said about contingent offer than no guarantee one is coming.

Hiya I just got interviewed and next day asked for payslips and passport copy. Is that mean that offer is coming? In the portal I have got message as” thank you for participating in our interview process” though. Has anyone got similar experience? Did you have your interview in Houston or London office? |

I already submitted passport pages, application forms and payslips prior to the interview. Anyone with similar update?

Nothing was said about offer or even if I have got accepted. Just send me your payslips and passport, and then let you know what is next soon. That’s it. |

Yeah, I think sometimes they may ask to send payslips and complete application forms before the interview. In some cases after interviews. I learnt from some of the posts. But nothing was said about any offer or potential. So am keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

The offer takes around a couple of months after interview and providing payslips and other information. My suggestion is to carry on with your life as usual and be patient.
Then after accepting offer is a long process of clearing contingencies- attesting degrees, background checks and medical clearance. It can take longer os degree is from abroad but Aramco has an extensive network of agents to help.
I win currently in the last stage of clearing these contingencies and estimating to mobilise in 2-3 months .

All my applications currently shows "congratulations, your application has been forwarded"
I am yet to get any update. Please how long does it take to be shortlisted for interview?

A couple weeks to 6 months to know if you get selected for an interview or not. There is no guarantee you will get an interview with a status “Congrats your resume has been fwd..”.

So what is the status supposed to show to get invited for interview? It was initially showing that the recruiting team is reviewing the application but now it has been moved to "congratulation your application has been forwarded" |

Above would be your status change, if you progress to next stage.

No. “Congrats! Your resume has been fwd..” happened in between. So you getting the message “your resume has been fwd..” is positive but only simply means the recruiter sitting in USA or London (depending what country you are from) has screened your app and believes you maybe compeive enough that SA may select you for an interview, so has fwd your app to Saudi Arabia. Now it’s up to the HR person and/or hiring org in Saudi Arabia to select you for an interview, which they may or may not do. If they do, then you’ll get message “Congrats! You been selected for interview..”. If they don’t select you, you it simply state, “Not Selected”. Also the status, “Congrats! Your resume has been fwd..” can sit there for weeks or even months before it changes. Some requisitions are actively being worked and some are not.
