Anyone got this status update? “ We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you!” Does this mean they have offer ready to contact me or is this just a generic update after they receive my information? Hi all! My timeline up to the offer: 1. Application 2. HR contacted me about position - 1 week from application 3. first video interview with the technical team - 2 weeks from application 4. second audio interview with VP - 1,5 month from application 5. written offer - 3 months from application How much time it took to get a feed back after the first interview ? and which profession you are in if you would like to share ? |

Hi Everyone,
I have applied for Data Scientist position, and the application status has been changed to "Congratulations, you have been selectedfor the interview". It was on March 04, 2023. However, no news after that. Is it normal, the waiting time. Any ideas from anyone.

Hi guys, I had an interview today morning (May 7th) and now the online status has been changed to "Thank you for participating in our interview process." What does that mean?

It means what it says. I think it’s at auto response once an interview is complete. It could be weeks to months before you hear a formal decision on the results of your interview.

Hi guys, this is very informative forum and I recently joined the forum.
I applied online for couple of positions on Aramco portal. On one position which I applied in December 2022 the status changed to "congratulations you have been selected for interview" on May 29. I am still waiting to receive any email from recruiter regarding the interview date and time. I am just wondering how long it will take after the status change to receive the email from recruiter.

Hi guys, this is very informative forum and I recently joined the forum. I applied online for couple of positions on Aramco portal. On one position which I applied in December 2022 the status changed to "congratulations you have been selected for interview" on May 29. I am still waiting to receive any email from recruiter regarding the interview date and time. I am just wondering how long it will take after the status change to receive the email from recruiter. Thanks in Advance. Because there is no notification for every status update on the portal, I didnt realise that mine had changed to selected for interview. I only realised after receiving an email from the recruiter. If I remember correctly, the status had changed for more than a week before I received the interview email. |

Hi I had my interview last Feb and since then no feedback or rejection. I contacted the recruiter, she emailed the hiring manager and department with no response.
Anyone has a clue.

maxi , please let me know if anything has changed since you last had that status update. We are at the same stage. My application status reads - "Thanks for your effort so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". I don't want to start bugging my recruiter with follow-up emails just yet. I understand that patience is key in a recruitment process with Aramco, with all that I have read so far. o Framaikc could you please update me in your case what was the next step happened after your receive the application status "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the proce". In my case also is happening the same here. I got interviewed around 3 months ago and then they updated the status as same as you above. I am just curious what would be the outcome on this. Looking forward to see your reply. |

Hi,
Has anyone experienced going back a step in terms of status on the website? I had an interview and was informed I am technically qualified, submitted the requested documents (payslips, application forms, educational certificates, passport etc). My status went from 'additional documents requested' to 'additional documents submitted' after this step.
From there I have been waiting for a conditional offer but after 10 days my status on the website has reverted back to 'additional documents requested'. I have not received anything via email yet. Has anyone else experienced this or similar?
