No. “Congrats! Your resume has been fwd..” happened in between. So you getting the message “your resume has been fwd..” is positive but only simply means the recruiter sitting in USA or London (depending what country you are from) has screened your app and believes you maybe compeive enough that SA may select you for an interview, so has fwd your app to Saudi Arabia. Now it’s up to the HR person and/or hiring org in Saudi Arabia to select you for an interview, which they may or may not do. If they do, then you’ll get message “Congrats! You been selected for interview..”. If they don’t select you, you it simply state, “Not Selected”. Also the status, “Congrats! Your resume has been fwd..” can sit there for weeks or even months before it changes. Some requisitions are actively being worked and some are not. I hope this helps. Just wondering if anyone has got 2-3 invites for different positions respectively? |

R u asking if candidates have been selected for multiple interviews from multiple departments for multiple roles?
Yes, it’s possible but believe rare. If this is happening to you, then you should feel Fortunate!

I had interview recently and the status has changed to "Thank you for participating in our interview process". Does it means that i am unsuccessful. Please share your experience if any. Thanks. |

No prob. The only way is applying directly through the Aramco job website. I had no idea about expat jobs for Aramco until a third party recruiter contacted me out of the blue on LinkedIn. So I don't track my application through a site since I never applied. It was all through the recruiter and Aramco behind the scenes. All my contact all been through people until just today where I got an email for its onboarding site where they are now collecting info and a statement saying a formal offer is coming very shortly. |

I am new here and thanks for the forum. I have also applied for the above role and status was initially “Late applicant, please complete application” this I think is because it was my agent that submitted my application. Out of anxiety I completed the application myself and the status changed to “Congratulations, application forwarded” is being in this status since September. Can someone advise what “late application” status is? Was it good idea I went in to complete the application myself? Please help with available info on the above and how long does it take for the status to change? Hi , I hope things are going great on your end . I am wondering did you hear any thing back ? I was informed by my recruiter she has not received any feedback from SA yet and I should be patient as it will take sometime (weeks, months) for the feedback but she is definite it will happen.
The role applied is still active on the career website anyway! I will let you know once I get feedback. Have you had your interview?

Just got a link to the onboarding portal where all these questionnaire require filling, submitting IDs etc
Although, there is no official offer yet, it is a bit strange process applied to me as I do not see others going thru this before receiving offer.
Has anyone experienced this?

Has anyone experienced this? I didn't receive link to an onboarding portal as my onboarding is currently managed from London. However I did receive after having the interview an email from Aramco's recruiter requesting filling a form, payslips, passport copy, etc as they wanted to progress my profile without a guarantee of issuing an offer. I received the offer two months after this, and this is where the fun begins in clearing the contigencies. After three months of accepting the offer I'm still clearing the contigencies - in this case attesting my bachelor degree which has taken much longer than expected. My piece of advise is to be patient, carry on with your life as normal, and then make the right decision when is time to make it. |

Does anyone know how Hirevue interview works? Is that pre-setup/ recorded interview or online Skype type interview with the hiring team?

Thanks If it is the “on demand interview” it consists of around 5 interview questions shown in the screen and you need to answer them within two minutes. they give you around 30 seconds to a minute to prepare the answer. The whole process takes around 10-15 minutes. treat this interview as it was a real 121 interview - practice prior to pressing the on to start the interview |

My HireVue was not as el180477 described but have heard of individuals submitting recordings of answers to provided questions. I was just sent a HireVue link with a scheduled date and time for a live video interview about a week before the interview. Tested the link a couple days before the interview to make sure the video and audio worked on my laptop. I had a live interview with three different individuals. You'll find Aramco interviews are typical interviews like for any large company. Share your experience and qualifications that is applicable to the job than they will prob have some follow-up technical and behavioral questions about your experience. Don't ask questions about housing, bringing family, or other questions impacting expats. Save those questions for your recruiter, if you obtain an offer. Only focus on selling yourself for the job.

3) [not translated in selected language]
