I think the discussion is not about the required degree attestation, what is being discussed is about the attestation process and RA not cooperating to provide required documents, it's frustrating that RA at ASC doesn't recognize the Saudi Culture requirements and still insists that only an attested letter will be sufficient.
Fake universities are everywhere in the world and I feel sorry for anyone who fall for such scams but I don't really understand the relation of above post with the topic or discussion.
Anyways back to discussion my RA said she will only provide the attested letter and I am waiting for that letter to try again with Saudi Culture in Pakistan and hope they accept it.

The relevance of the post is...degree attestation process resulted from the prevalence of many applicants (not all) from Pakistan, and others using fake degrees obtained from Pakistan, in an attempt to obtain employment with Saudi Aramco. Numerous engineers were hired with degrees obtained from through Pakistan, only to arrive here with basic skills and were subsequently sent home. The link is to help provide context for those not fully understanding the reasoning behind the requirements.
More information and context is better, right?

Hi there, I am experiencing a problem as my Relocation Advisor is of the view that first my visa will be stamped and then this Degree attestation process will be done. I already submitted my documents after medical, fingerprints and other formalities to Relocation Advisor who applied for visa and it remained in Objection due to degree attestation and meanwhile my medical got expired and now I have to undergo medical again. But still my Relocation Advisor is of the view that first Visa will be stamped and it is just a matter of call from ARAMCO and after visa stamping he will do the requisite attestation. I requested to provide me the necessary Request Letters/Offer Letter attested by KSA MoFA/Chamber of Commerce but R.A has denied stating no such document/letter will be provided by ARAMCO and I should wait for next call to undergo medical and submit all the documents again as RA is well aware of all the procedures/formalities. Can anyone guide on the matter please?

Aramco HR probably will not deal with you. When Aramco have a recruitment requirement, Aramco Overseas are the ones doing the recruitment. They are a company wholly owned by Aramco, but are not Aramco so to speak. One of their tasks is to recruit for new hires.
Until such time as you become an Aramco employee, Aramco HR will not deal with you. Your point of contact is with the recruiter / relocation advisor at Aramco Overseas.
I do love the way that this forum is attracting "experts" who have decided that they know more about the hiring process for Saudi Aramco than those actually employed to recruit full time on behalf of Aramco.

As once my visa stamping remained in objection due to degree attestation due to which my Medical got expired and now I have to undergo medical again, my R.A has advised me to wait for his call to do medical again but not willing to proceed for degree attestation. All this process including Background Investigation has already consumed 7 months.

It is what it is. Sometimes the recruitment process takes a month or two, sometimes 6 months+.
No sense stressing about things with regard to Saudi Aramco. Things take time, sometimes a long time.

Actually it is not about the time, it is about whether you are on the right track or not specially once your case remained in objection due to degree attestation. Anyhow, thanks for the kind response.
