Upon going through the blog, i noticed a lot of issues or delays related to degree attestation from PK. Is it really so complicated? I am sure it differs on case to case basis . Any US citizens here who have their degree/s to be attested from PK and they have faced similar issues? Lessons learned ? Any advice?

I am going through this process and planning to use Mamoon in Pakistan, would be grateful if someone can share their experience in using thier service ?? I get a feeling that they are not that quick to respond. Also the list of documentation they require for Saudi Cultural stamp does not make any sense, like attested copy of Iqama for instance .. which I presume you can only get when you have the visa and arrive in Saudi and apply for it. I would really appreciate if someone who has recently gone through this attestation process can help me out, and provide some guidance or contact in pakistan to get this task completed. I would be really grateful.

Hi,
The agent Aramco recommends are McKenzie who used to deal with the entire process till around 2 or so years ago but now they have stopped and only support the process by providing supporting documents. I called them and asked to provide a contact I could use for the process and they suggested Business point services. They suggest 2 agents and since they come recommended form McKenzie I would advise using them.
My process is still not completed as I am waiting for attestation from Saudi Culture, every time I call I am told that it has been submitted.
From what I have read here on this forum, people who have used relatives to get the attestation done have had the most trouble so I think its best to use an agent, not that it means that the process would be any quicker but maybe you'll be less hassled.
In sha it will work out for all of us in due time.
All the best!

This thread is quite usefull. I am just going to ride same boat. Ideally AOC should take care (or should have arrangement) for degree attestation process as anyone who is holding Pakistani degree is apparently going through this time consuming exercise (especially when person is not in pakistan). Anyhow, it will be real help for new members if someone can share contact detail of reliable saudi attache attestation agents in Pakistan.

So the good news is Noor Traders came through and were actually able to get attestation done. The promise was 20 days but took almost a month which was little frustrating however it all ended well so no complaints. I can now confidently recommend them for any attestation in Pakistan the best part is that they don't require any letters or attestation Etc from ASC or Saudi foreign and will get your attestation done without those documents

Curious George So you mean even if we do not have an offer yet, we can start the degree attestation process to get it done in advance? Is there a time limit for the validation of attested degree(some times attested docs are valid for a limited time) Have you checked with Aramco HR, if they are okay with the attestation you got? If yes, please tell me what documents you needed to send to Noor Traders. Any contact info you can share. Thanks

It's upto you but if you don't have a offer and don't get one later you won't get reimbursement from Aramco. It is expensive to get Degree attested you are looking at 400-500$ USD. What Noor would need is all your original documents and copy of your passport and Nicop that is it. I am not sure about validity but from what I know as long as it's attested it should be Ok time period does not matter.

Hi Guys, Could someone please advise me on the below. Saudi Cultural is not attesting my Degree because my surname is not printed on my degree but on my passport. Is there anyway I can get my degree attested or get the visa without degree attestation. Or do I have any other option available? I'll be grateful for some useful advice.

Don't think you can do much but to get your Degree corrected, and no you will not get your visa before your degree has been attested by all 4 locations, HEC, MOFA, Cultural and Embassy. I have gone through similar experience and know a few who have too. If you have any questions contact Noor Traders they should be able to guide you better.
