Does it mean to anything who receives it?

Hey edmonton_dude, I received a similar email couple of days ago don't know what it means either, however, at the very bottom of the email right beside your email click "why did i get this" and see what group you are in. Mine reads "ITQ Offer Recommended". how about yours? Cheers

If its too low, write a letter explaining what you make and ask them to meet it. Submit pay stubs again showing your current salary.

Thanks for attending ITQ (International Talent Quest) email. As noted, if you click on the small link at the bottom of the email that states "Why am I receiving this email" you get a message stating ITQ Offer Recommended. This email is automatically generated when a decision is logged in the system indicating you will be offered a position. The recruiter will be in touch by email to give you details. I got email too on Friday.

USJD, I'm in the same boat. I was never asked for a paystub (although I wrote my current pay in the application form). Received a written offer with base slightly below my current pay. So I decided to do what vpainter suggested. I wrote a written request 2 weeks ago asking to match my current pay and attached my paystub. No response yet, so now the excruciating wait.

I interviewed in Feb in Houston as well but never got the ITQ email. But.... I did get an email from my recruiter saying, "Congratulations! I am pleased to confirm that Saudi Aramco is interested in making you an offer to join its team." I like that better than any system generated message There was also a request for additional information/confirmation (name, address, marital status, travel status, BDay, etc). I asked her how the offer would come (email, phone, FedEx) but have not heard anything yet. I hope to be up......... my status timeline very soon! DWB

Hi Guys... Good to see pretty much all of us here in this forum on the same boat.. Stay in touch.. revive..yeah I am worried about the offer...without asking for paystubs..I am sure they will not be getting close to my current pay (i recently got raise also )..do let me know response of your negotiations..did they match?? @ calgary trooper...sure I will be in touch...looks like yours in fast mode now...you mentioned in your timeline you got fedex offer March 06 and revised email offer March 08 and revised fedex offer march 11. Is it that the offer was low and u asked to revise and they revised in 2 days? Was the revised offer upto u r expectations? I appreciate if you can shed some light into it...as I am alsmost at the same stage. Still havnt receieved the offer though Thanks usjd

DWB, I had received a similar email. A bit later (I think it was about 2 weeks or so), I got an email from someone else entirely with a copy of my offer letter, salary worksheet, and benefits worksheet. A couple of days after that, I received the hard copies via FedEx. The FedEx package had a few more items (medical forms, school forms) but it wasn't until after I accepted that I received a separate package with a 160-page (or so) book on policies for moving weight, etc., which were specific to my payroll (i.e., US, Sterling, Pacific Rim may have different allowances). Plus, of course, about 15 additional forms. Just FYI.

usjd, Got a phone call today informing me that Aramco has upped the base offer which now actually beats my current salary. Great news indeed! Now awaiting the revised written offer & package.
I just updated my timeline on page 1.
