Yes, agree -- every case is different and timeline varies. And strongly agree that patience is the key throughout this entire process. If it helps any, I can share that in my fairly recent experience, I received the initial email indicating that an offer was forthcoming mid-December, then roughly 9 calendar days later I received the complete offer package via email, and about 4 days later the 'hard' copies via FEDEX. And this was all over the Christmas/New Year's holidays with office closings, and various ASC staff members out on vacation. So, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall pre-offer timeline. Post-offer timeline for me would have been about 2 1/2 months, had I not fallen into the visa block 'hold', like so many others.

It really depends, as you can see in the various timelines here. In my case application and paystubs where sent before the interview, offer was received by email in the next week after the interview. But every case have a different story and timeline, I have seen cases here that the offer was received various months after the interview. In the interview they must have said something about the expected timeline for a offer in case of successful interview.

Is it unusual then that I received an offer about fifteen minutes after my interview?

kuki7861, do a search on the forum for "timeline" you will see that the timespan can be long or short. No one can tell you what your timeline will be.

BBQ10, your timeline is normal also. Every timeline short or long is normal. Both happen and every time span in between. That is Aramco.

BBQ10,
Not if you submitted paystubs and application before your interview.
The offer clock starts at the point of paystub / application submittal. What would be highly unusual is receiving an offer before that information was provided.

To answer my own question from the previous page, after you have been recommended for an offer and asked to submit paystubs, you still have to wait for the "congratulations" email which tells you that your offer has been approved and asks you to submit further information such as your housing status option. I just received that email this morning, confirming that an offer will be made.
I was told on March 13th that they were waiting on my offer, told on March 20th that I was recommended for an offer (submit paystubs), and today (April 7th) approved for offer. More waiting now...

In My Humble/Honest Opinion
We are quite far in the whole process, that started only a month ago. But I still think at night: 'Will we really go there? What if they pull the plug?' It haunts me. So far: all the paperwork has been submitted, medicals done, school has accepted the children, passports are at the embassy, degrees are being attested. I think I'll only start accepting we are actually going when the moving company is packing our boxes, or maybe only when we are physically there...

Good day All,
Anybody interviewed in 2014 for Loss Prevention position and got feedback/response from Aramco yet?
I've got an email today saying that my application was put on hold.
What could this mean positive/negative?
Cheers.
