9/5/13 - Received e-mail from Houston for interview
9/24/13 - Went to interview
10/21/13 - Notified of conditional offer
10/23/13 - FedEx documents of conditional offer
10/28/13 - Overnighted Conditional Offer docs
10/30/13 - Contacted by Relocation Adviser
11/15/13 - Medical Examination and Orientation - Received Benefits documents
11/22/13 - Overnighted Benefits Docs and passports
12/9/13 - Received confirmation that all contingencies were satisfied/Visas issued /signed confirmation and returned
12/11/13 - Expecting to receive passports with visas
12/31/13 - Expected flight out to KSA

Medical Exam - September 24
Overnighted Passports to ASC - October 14
Submitted Visa Apps to Consulate - November 7
Now...waiting! Some text from my relocation adviser's email:
"The Saudi Consulate will return [your passports] to me and I will compose the ‘Final Clearance’ letter for your review/signature and send off your Final package once I receive your itinerary from our travel team. As soon as I receive your passports, I will reach out to confirm a departure date and coordinate your travel with Travel."

Hey there aerternum8. . . I'm very much on the same timeline you are, for the same position but in Abqaiq. To clarify, can you tell me if you have cleared your BI?
Also, when you say you have overnight'd your benefits documents, can you tell me exactly what those documents are?
I'm completing my visa medical tests locally tomorrow and hope to hear more soon. Thanks for your feedback. . .

For those of you who are waiting on your visa les, did you already receive a packet of information about benefits and the cash in lieu of shipping calculation. MY ## was supposed to send this weeks ago, but it hasn't arrived yet. Does any of this paperwork have to be signed and sent back to Houston?

Got confirmation from Aramco, that they have different Functional les (i.e. Java EE architect) and Position role (IT yst I etc) on paper.

That's it I am done, I hope it is of some help to you. As someone aluded to earlier the key is patience, patience, patience ! The process is long and arduous and may seem strange to some of us. Keep in contact with your relocation adviser ask them how things are processing, ask them what do they need and when they need it, its no harm to know what they need well in advance as sometimes there can be unexpected delays getting documentation from previous employers, police, college/university etc.
Congratulations to those who have passed and good luck to those who are in the middle of it.
