Hi;
Anyone can confirm, if Saudi Aramco has resumed their services or not as they had Eid holidays??? I am not getting through with Houston office as well...

o everybody finally I have been cleared on background and medical, it took almost a month from when i sent all the documents, and finally my relocator advisor called me and told me that its time for my next step: visa application so i am working on this and will let the forum know thanks :lol:

I finally got a call from ASC that the offer is on its way. Things are finally getting back to normal after the holidays in Saudi.

The time line from interview June 2012,to medical October19, and background nov 7.
Visa application to be sent week of the 12 of November 2012 :roll:

I was interviewed on 4th oct also in Houston. Was also asked to give payslips a few days later!
Question- Did asc proactively call you or they were returning your calls? Wondering whether calling asc might speeded up he process for me. Been trying to patiently respect asc work pace till now:)

Did you get a call from the recruiter that they will extend an offer. I got a call from the ASC recruiter and she ask for pay stubs and told me ASC would like to extend an offer. To ask for pay stubs is normal process for Aramco and if no one call you yet than I am in doubt. Wish you good luck.

The recruiter had called me a week after i gave my payslips for some followup clarification question and he did mention that an offer is being worked on. I assume and hope something is on the way.....fingers crossed !

That's great. Keep finger crossed and wait as the process with ASC very slow. Keep posted your timeline and experience as well will be great.

Dear Siddiqi,
I was also interviewed as well on Oct.01 and called by recruiter on Oct.15 for offer. Still waiting for offer as I spoke with my recruiter on Wednesday Nov.7th and she told me sometime it take a while so finger cross and sit tight. Will update you as soon as I have an offer so please also post your timeline once started. I was interviewed for electrical engineer what position you were interviewed for and my recruiter was Rose Ann Scott. Keep in touch.

I checked with my recruiter today regarding the offer letter,, he told me that I can expect in a week or two,,, He asked me to call back again next week.. I submitted my slip on 25 of Oct,,, I will inform you guys as soon as I receive mine,, thanks
