Finally time is over. here is the time line from interview to offer letter!
Interview: Oct.1/12
Verbal offer and request for pay stub: Oct.15/12
Offer letter Nov.15/12
Mentioned in offer letter to be in KSA by Dec.2012
Rest will be posted once started.
Wish all the team good luck on the offer from Aramco

Hi,
I just received a conditional offer letter, November 15, for an expected start date in Dhahran by December 31, 2012! Is this even possible with all the conditions still to be met and visa applications? Anyone else coming from Canada?

Yes there have been people who have arrived in 3 or 4 weeks. Could happen. It's good to arrive by Dec. 31. You would get your repat vacation money then for 2013. If you come after Jan. 1, the repat vacation money starts 2014.

o everyone,
I'm new here and this is my first post, I would like to know if any one was interviewed on Wednesday, October 31,2012. I was interviewed on that day for electrical engineer position and yet to hear anything from ASC. Does this seems to be normal? Should I call my recruiter? I was not told anything, or submit anything as I have seen in other posts people talking about paystub and such.Will they call me either they will extend an offer or not? and by the way, the only thing I was told when I was leaving after the interview,we will get in touch in couple of weeks, today marks 16 days since the interview. Please anyone has any information could help me and release some of my worries don't hesitate to share.

I had my interview on Nov, 16 and that day was told that they are extremely busy, everyday about 20-30 people are coming for interviews. i am guessing it may take some time for them to get back to the candidates.

Hi designtra, a similar time was proposed to me, at the beginning I was concerned since there is a lot for me to do before I can travel, I attempted to negotiate that term in the contract, but then decided not to worry too much about it, I feel the process will take its course, like with everyone else. If there have been situation when people cleared BI, medical, got visa and were assigned a house in 4 weeks, then this must be a rare situation where the person maybe was urgently needed or something, I would still wounder how can they squeeze all of this in few weeks

I was interviewed on 16th Nov 2012 for a finance position in ASC Houston but still did not hear anything after. Would you guys assist me in my case. What should I do? Do I need to contact my recruiter for any updates or need to be patient and wait...

This is too early for you as you were interviewed only 5 days ago. In my case it take 2 weeks before my recruiter called me so be patience and wait if have no heard anything after 2 weeks than call and check with your recruiter.
