Has anyone seen their profile status change from “ We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you!” To “In Process”? Man i have been waiting so long… just wondering if this means my wait is coming to an end. Just out of curiosity, how long have you been waiting for? Maybe will provide some hope for some of us as well  Roughly 2 months but it remains to be seen if this is progress or not |

How can you check the status of the Job Application? Just log in to your saudi aramco jobs website profile and look at jobs your applied to. Got it, the legacy portal doesn’t work anymore so I was wondering |

I interviewed on-site in Houston on May 19th and recruiter called immediately saying there was positive feedback. Since then, almost total silence until today (July 28) where I got an email saying Aramco plans to give an offer and gives me a UserID and PW for their onboarding site. But I didn't get any numbers for compensation, which is one of the most important. How long does that take?

Just got my offer today! Initial screening and video call interviews in mid April. Face to face interview on May 19th. And got the offer today, July 28th.
I'm reading through the conditional offer and it's the most complex offer I've ever read. Base pay, premium pay, C&S, hypo tax, etc... it's got my head spinning. They only give 7 days to accept... is it easy to extend that? I really need to research and talk this through with my wife and extended family.

I was in vacation in Disneyland Paris when the offer popped in and I requested one week additional time to accept and they were pretty cool. |

Congrats! But make sure you consider other things besides the $$$. Aramco is a lifestyle choice not just a job choice. Will you, your wife & kids be happy there long-term?

o, I had an interview on Sunday and the status of the application was updated to this
"Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process."
Please does this mean I didn't scale to the next stage?

Please does this mean I didn't scale to the next stage? they were thanking you for participating in the interview process and keeping your application on hold. I think if you are not selected your status will change to "Not Selected ". But you have to move on with your life, if they call fine. |

Your application has passed a screening phase and forward to the concerned department. You can still be contacted or rejected at this second phase. I wish you all the very best. |

Yes it's difficult to make an apples to apples compariramco compensation to your current job as trying to figure out what your net pay is with the rollups and tax implications is not straightforward. Yes you can ask for more time to evaluate the proposal. As I recall between my initial offer and a counter offer I spent nearly a month between the initial offer and finally accepting. As mentioned, it's also difficult to compare because there is a huge change in lifestyle. I looked at it as an adventure and an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. So have you accepted or are you still evaluating the proposal? |
