My time line :
1. Contacted for a position at Aramco in last week of Jan 2022
2. Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded.
3. Congratulations! You have shortlisted for the interview.
4. Interview held on 08 Feb 2022.
5. Verbal offer next day
6. Payslips sent. Status changed to - We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you!
7. Received conditional written offer on 04/05/2022
8. BI request - 19/05/2022
9. Medical done- 04/07/2022
10.Passport submitted for visa-04/07/2022

I personally took census of those who got the Job. Even from this forum, they're from either US or Canada. Low Income Country professional hardly get the job. There is even a physical recruitment centre in Houston which is not available elsewhere. Even after recruitment, the disparity is clear as some expat are enled to Housing in a secured compounds while some expat Secured their own housing... what's the reason for that. Can we discuss this with open minds?

About 7/8 years ago there was a massive shortage of Aramco housing, and all (non Americans?) Had to go on rental allowance off camp.
I think JHAH might also not get housing?
There are LOTS of people from outside North America. Maybe the English nature of this forum over represents English as a first language speakers?

Can we discuss this with open minds? Yeah, I also non westerner and coming from third world country. In the offer, I don't get the housing in the compound and have to look for housing by myself. And the worst part is the nearest city is 55 KM, which means I have to drive 110 KM rohnd trip everyday. I knew it after signing the offer so I ask them for renegotiation as the calculations changes. They refuse to renegotiate. |

2. Contacted by recruiter from Huston on March 31st, 2022
3. Interview held on April 6th, 2022
4. Request to submit pay stub, degree copies etc for the conditional offer on April 21st, 2022.
5. Got request to set-up silkroad on May 11th, 2022.
6. Got official offer on May 31st, 2022.
7. Went back & forth on negotiations for a week, offer accepted on June 7th, 2022
8. Relocation process (BI, degree attestation & visa medical) started on June 8th, 2022
9. Request to send passport for Visa July 11th, 2022
10. Visa issued on July 18th, 2022 and Flights book by Huston
11. Flying out on August 7th, 2022
12. Still waiting to hear about housing allotment.

Applied on multiple suitable job roles from Feb 2022 to June 2022, all my application status changed to "Congratulations! your application has been forwarded" Till date status is same and no changes. Can anyone tell me how long it will take to change status from "Congratulations! your application has been forwarded" to "You have been selected for an Interview"?

How can you check the status of the Job Application? Just log in to your saudi aramco jobs website profile and look at jobs your applied to. |
