Here is my updated timeline... 07 dec 2021- initial interview 21 dec 2021 - recommended for offer, filled out forms 28 feb 2022 - submitted payslips. 09 May 2022 - offer recieved. 09-13 May - submitted documents for BI and medical 17th May - Medical completed 6th June - BI and medical cleared. Got clearance from saudi. Sent passport with medical waiting on visa.... This timeline right here gives me hope that it could still end well for me and other expats waiting inline. You had your interview early December 2021 and still in the process in June 2022. How do you define patience again? Congrats man! The need for patience doesn't stop after the hiring process, it is just the beginning... |

How do you define patience again? Congrats man! The need for patience doesn't stop after the hiring process, it is just the beginning... You are absolutely correct! So much have been said about why we need patience to work with Aramco. Thanks for reiterating |

Gents, Since May 26th I applied for Job, and still have this status ''Congratulations! your application has been forwarded'' did they tell you if your application was not selected?
Any feedback plz ?

I applied to 5 jobs about 3.5 weeks ago. All 5 went “congrats! Your app has been fwd” after about a week then 2 went “not selected” about week ago. Three remain “congrats! Your app has been fwd”.

I applied to 5 jobs about 3.5 weeks ago. All 5 went “congrats! Your app has been fwd” after about a week then 2 went “not selected” about week ago. Three remain “congrats! Your app has been fwd”. I applied for 9 postings but many were repeats so it was 4 distinct different jobs. Of the 9 like 5 of them went to fwd and then only 1 went got selected for an interview. As repeated a bunch of times… just keep faith and insh things will start progressing again… I am in process if filling out bunch of forms online but still waiting on the actual official offer letter |

My timeline (prospective US expat, passive candidate):
April 2022: Contacted by external recruiter. First interview with Saudi Aramco (panel interview). Invited to Houston for 2nd interview and declined.
May 2022: Contacted for reconsideration. Participated in 2nd interview (also virtual, also panel). Recommended for offer, submitted application.
June 2022: Received access to Onboarding portal, completed offer questionnaire.

Congratulations peman00. Can I ask what role you applied for and when you had the interview? Just want to have an idea of the timeline? It was for a technical role and i had the interview at the start of the month… i was told recently… i am still 3-5 weeks to getting an official offer letter. |

To selected for interview It was 2-3 weeks then even after being selected there was a wait to get the actual interview date. |

I am waiting as well,I have 3 positions with the same status( Congratulations, your application...) I have called the HR last week, they told me some time takes from 4 to 8 weeks to update the status
