Hi, I've being reading you for a while, but never posted.
I was interviewed before the pandemic and the position was cancelled, but I restarted the all process again in Nov 2021, interviewed in Dec/21 got the offer 2 weeks after.
The BI and attestation was a long process, having lived in 4 Countries and having my degree from Italy.
However, now is all finalized and I'll travel to SA Dahran on 30th June!

The entry visa is valid for 3 months. So you must mobilize within that timeframe. However there is a cutoff period for the yearly bonus the 30th June. That's why I decided to move within 1 month... Apart the fact that I am fed up with actual company

Guys, I have a quick question...Do you know if there is a black-out period with Aramco and if so, how long is it? I mean, if your interview is unsuccessful, how long do you have to wait before applying and being qualified for another interview for other positions in the organization? Thank you guys!

I have applied for a job on the 26th of May, today my application status changed to " Congratulation your application has been forwarded'' , What does that mean ? Am I shortlisted ?

Hi dlotfi I think it means that the recruiter in Houston has reviewed your CV and forwarded it to Saudi for the hiring manager/Saudi HR to review and decide if they'd like to shortlist you for an interview. This is my view based on some feedbacks I have read here...Hopefully others can share their opinions too...In any case, I think it is a positive news...Congrats and good luck with the rest of the process |

What does this mean in recruitment process. "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process".

Here is my updated timeline...
07 dec 2021- initial interview
21 dec 2021 - recommended for offer, filled out forms
28 feb 2022 - submitted payslips.
09 May 2022 - offer recieved.
09-13 May - submitted documents for BI and medical
17th May - Medical completed
6th June - BI and medical cleared. Got clearance from saudi. Sent passport with medical waiting on visa....

Got clearance from saudi. Sent passport with medical waiting on visa.... This timeline right here gives me hope that it could still end well for me and other expats waiting inline. You had your interview early December 2021 and still in the process in June 2022. How do you define patience again? Congrats man! |
