Status updates everyday since over a week “We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you” Is this normal? How long it usually takes from submitting pay slips to receive an offer ? Thanks, Took me around 6-8 weeks from payslips to offer if I remember correctly. |

Initial Offer Accepted, Medical In Progress. Want to negotiate on Time for joining (6+ Months) or a higher salary as there will be around 100K payouts to the existing employer if resign early. What Senior's advice is on this to deal with?

Thanks jrs. Its already been 4 weeks now and waiting. Also, Is it true that sometimes the medical request is sent in parallel and all the tests are done while waiting on offer. The usual case is once the offer is received and accepted, then the medical request come through your relocation advisor? Thanks, |

If I recall correctly, I don’t believe the medical labs get scheduled until after the offer is accepted but the BC may begin before offer is received.

I am still waiting for any response from recruiter for interview details. Do anyone has the similar experience. How long you have to wait for interview details and schedule. Thanks online or in person interview? for online interview I was contacted just few days in advance. For in person interview... I received a call from the recruiter saying that in 5 weeks there would be an interview and to book my calendar for that week. The actual date and time was finalised less than a week before the interview. |

Last week my application status has changed to we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you, on the same day, a lady from relocation department contacted me for pre-offer education verification. Today my application status has been changed to moved to another requisition. Any idea what that means? am I still receiving an offer but for a different role or my application has been moved to another role and I have to start the process all over again. Any explanation is very much appreciated.

I believe this common- specifically when you’re qualified for multiple roles. My application got moved around a few times before finally receiving offer. I believe it would be unusual for the offer to move to a different department, though. So most likely with same department u interviewed with. There will be no starting over or re-interviewing.

Hi,
I had an interview 5 months ago with no rejection nor feedback. How to get an update regarding my application. If it is declined what about feedback I did very well in the interview. The recruiter has contacted the hiring managers with no response.
Anyone has a clue.

But I have to serve a 3 months notice. |

But I have to serve a 3 months notice. I think this is where you negotiate with your employer, hope for garden leave, use accrued annual leave. |
