newbee, Just curious, after your interview in Nov, at what point did you receive a verbal offer or indication that an offer was coming? Or did you never receive any confirmation and just got written offer 5 months after interview? 5 months is a long time to wait not knowing whether or not you were successful. I never received any verbal confirmation or indication - it was all radio silent. The only indication I received was when in January they asked me to sign some consent forms and provide degree for verification as references were made to Pre-offer checks so I thought an offer might be forth coming but kept waiting week after week, kept sending emails but never got any response and then suddenly the offer email came through. o newbee Did your online status changed during this period and what status was appearing on portal?

I never had any log-in. I had applied via LinkedIn and them someone from their recruitment team reached out to complete application forms via email and so everything has been via email

Hi guys, very informative forum!
I just interviewed for a non engineering role last Tuesday. I applied online, did not check anything but just got an email for the interview. However, I applied for a role and got interviewed for another (different dept altogether). Even than I was told that there will be another interview with the VP in a couple of weeks.
Even after a week's time - my profile still says "congratulations you have been selected for a live interview".
What can I take out of this?

Not uncommon to be selected for interviews for different roles than u applied for and/or application to be switched to other job requisitions by Aramco HR. The good news is you have activity.

Hi guys, this is very informative forum and I recently joined the forum.
I applied online for couple of positions on Aramco portal. On one position which I applied in December 2022 the status changed to "congratulations you have been selected for interview" on May 29. I am still waiting to receive any email from recruiter regarding the interview date and time. I am just wondering how long it will take after the status change to receive the email from recruiter.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
I have recently received on-site interview invitation. The interview will be in Houston office. Do you know what would be the nature of this interview.
I would really appreciate this.
Thanks

Thanks A job interview is when a the hiring company (Aramco in this case) gives you the opportunity to share and articulate your experience and qualifications on your resume and application that matches the job description you applied for. Additionally and most likely, Aramco will ask you specific questions regarding your experience and qualifications. That’s the “nature” of an Aramco interview and most any other job interview.

Status updates everyday since over a week “We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you”
Is this normal?
How long it usually takes from submitting pay slips to receive an offer ?
Thanks,
