I recently went through a workshop interview. received a positive Feedback but i didnt know there was going to be another stage of interview. Hopefully the offer would be worth all the hassle, should i get selected of course

The job application process is a joke. It goes from:
- we have received your application (wait few months)
- your application is under review ( wait few months)
- Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded ( wait more )
- you haven’t been selected
Great and waste of time ….

The only notifications that have any meaning are:
You have been selected for an interview
You have an offer coming
Not selected
Sorry, but all other notifications are meaningless and most likely auto responses.

I interviewed on the beginning of January 2023, Interview went well. Status changed on February to "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". I have the same status on my application. Interviewed with the URG in May and will probably reach out to my recruiter at the end of the month. Curious to see if this means I am still being considered or they have moved on with another candidate. |

Hi everyone, Does anyone have an idea how many applicants does Aramco shortlist for interview stage? Thanks I don’t think anyone can answer the question confidently as it will depend on the role and the hiring manager. In my experience, I think they shortlist people on the go and make offers as they identify suitable candidates. There are jobs that they have hired people for and the advert is still on the website. This could be because they need multiple people for the same role. |

This happens often. They’re just moving your application to another requisition. Shows activity from app and results of your interview , which is better then getting “not selected” but still no guarantee an offer is coming but still a possibility or you could be select for more interviews, specially if the req you were switched to is with a different dept than you interviewed with.
