Hi All,
I was interviewed on 14th November 2022 in London AOC office, the following day I was contacted by the recruiter that my interview went well and the want to continue with my process and make an offer. I was asked to send passport copy, certificates and pay slips and aramco job application. All sent on 16th November 2022. When I asked the recruiter about the timeline, he said ca 2 weeks. It went radio silence until end of December 2022. I called the recruiter and he said all is good and the offer preparation is ongoing….again radio silence until end of January 2023, called recruiter and he mentioned the same (offer should come soon!). I am in this situation until today and until now no offer arrived (Last call with recruiter was a in April 2023, and he apologized about the delay and when I asked if I am still considered he said yes and if not they should be notified from Saudi…He said just be patient).
BTW. My status in the portal was updated from you have been selected for an interview to Thank you for participating in our interview process in February 2023.
Anyone had similar experience?

My husband took 18 months from interview to offer with AOC, it can be a very slow process. |

I interviewed on the beginning of January 2023, Interview went well. Status changed on February to "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process".

I got WhatsApp message that calls for #Under back-up candidate# that comes after two successful interviews. And sending my BI. Can any explains .what does that mean?

Wow 5 months to wait for written offer?! Patience really is needed in this process. We are currently awaiting written offer - received verbal offer three weeks ago! when you had your interview? Just to understand when you say verbal offer, dies it mean they spoke with you about the details of your offer or simply saying they are preparing the offer? Thanks |

I interviewed on the same day in London actually and after long delays I did receive the offer in April. Back in January they asked me to sign some consent forms. However it was all radio silence until the offer came. I kept asking whether I had been successful but no response. I only had the email address of the recruiter who met me there on 14th Nov. and I kept emailing but never heard back and suddenly the offer came through. My guess and I may be wrong but it may be that you are on their back-up list and they delay might be dependent if those ahead of you have / are accepting the offers or not. Just to understand when you say verbal offer, dies it mean they spoke with you about the details of your offer or simply saying they are preparing the offer? Thanks My husband received a phone call from his Recruiter and he was told he was successful, congratulations and a written offer will be issued. The recruiter told him it may take awhile so patience is needed. |

What role / department did you interview for? newbee, Just curious, after your interview in Nov, at what point did you receive a verbal offer or indication that an offer was coming? Or did you never receive any confirmation and just got written offer 5 months after interview? 5 months is a long time to wait not knowing whether or not you were successful. |

Or did you never receive any confirmation and just got written offer 5 months after interview? 5 months is a long time to wait not knowing whether or not you were successful. I never received any verbal confirmation or indication - it was all radio silent. The only indication I received was when in January they asked me to sign some consent forms and provide degree for verification as references were made to Pre-offer checks so I thought an offer might be forth coming but kept waiting week after week, kept sending emails but never got any response and then suddenly the offer email came through. |
