Hi All, I have applied for a technical role on 13/02/2023 and just last night noticed that application status is "Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization" Could anyone of you shed some light on it ? It sounds like application passed to hiring manager/team. Any estimated timeline in relations to this status and interview call ? Kind Regards This only indicates that the HR team has filtered your CV and sent to department for further processing. You might or might not get any further updates. I have an application for one role in this stage since ages. Their online portal application status can also be misleading on many occassions. Hence, best option is to continue with your routine and not to stress of eagerly wait for updates. |

Hi All,
I’ve applied few jobs ages ago in engineering but no response received just “under review”. I’m worried that I’ve only Engineering degrees no Master or PHD. Do they hire only with engineering degrees? Although I’ve 16 years working experience in Construction not directly oil & gas. I’m Australian citizen. If anyone have any idea about them, please advise that would be much appreciated.

That’s all… One important information for you that if your CV match with minimum requirements in JD that posted, no other question to ask. Good luck and update your application or keep submitting to new applications. Waiting response from Aramco is disaster, just wait, and keep continue your life mate… |

I rolled up to a $1Billion project and was looked at as if I was Satan himself because I didn't know any of the people from previous projects and had been moving around smaller projects in the North Sea. Consider looking around Saudi or the Middle East at some of the mega-projects that are coming up - Aramco have a few projects ongoing for upgrades and then you have the likes of Neom and "The Line". |

Are second round interviews common (online)? This is after a face to face interview last week. Hoping it is a good sign 🤞

Hi Everyone,
I have applied for Data Scientist position, and the application status has been changed to "Congratulations, you have been selectedfor the interview". It was on March 04, 2023. However, no news after that. Is it normal, I mean this waiting time. How long does it generally take to get the interview invitation.

It is more 3 months. I had same status updates for an Interview I had back in December 2022. My status was always showing congratulation you were selected for live interview , until this week changed to Thanks for your effort so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process. I am not sure what this means . |

Unfortunate, it could be anyone’s guess? The recruiting process has been put on hold, they’re interviewing other candidates first before you to see if they hired first, the recruiter has no updates/has complete silence from Aramco regarding scheduling of interview or next steps. Best advice is carry on with your life. If Aramco decides to move forward with an interview, you will be contacted. |

I was contacted for a face to face interview in February 2023 with option of online interview if i was outside Europe. I opted for online interview because at the time even though i was in Europe for official assignment i couldn't travel to UK. I mailed Aramco UK recruiter that contacted me for an update on the interview date and feedback from hiring managers, there was no response.
I noticed that in March, my application status changed to ''NOT SELECTED AFTER INTERVIEW'' even though i was never interviewed.
Other mails sent to the recruiter were not delivered, maybe he left Aramco.
Has anyone witnessed such before?
