What are the major differences (in perks) between GC13 & GC15? I understand GC15 and above get business class for the first trip to KSA, are there any other differences?

Somebody mentioned in another post that repat is fixed based on the country of origin and not based on grade. Is that correct? Is there is a difference in the recreational facilities for GC15+? I have read in another post (a few years old) that Aramco housing is provided to all on US payroll and GC 14+ on Global Payroll. Is it true? Can GC13 get Aramco housing?

There are two camps in Dhahran, one is for men GC 3-10 and the main “family” camp for women over GC 3 and men GC 11 and above. We know a few GC12 here, global payroll.
Repat is based on country and number of people. I do not believe there is business travel for that (or at least not anymore). Also not aware of any differences in facilities for 15+, not seen any mention of that. There is housing available to 15+ only but that is only applicable to moves after the initial 2 years.

Repat is based on country, it is a formula of country of origin and number of dependents. All US employees have to be offered Aramco housing due to the Tax laws related to them working here. I'm GC 12 and I'm living in Aramco family housing.

There is no business class repat. It’s a fixed sum based on your home city (which you declare to aramco before joining).
Business class Only applies when you first fly here and when you return for the last time. Any corporate travel will be business also- but that’s hardly a benefit!
The biggest perk for GC15 is the higher salary bands, SAIP bonus multiplier which means it’s around 33% greater than those below.
Otherwise not a lot of difference, facilities are for all those on 11+ with family status on camp.

Hi All,
I have applied for a technical role on 13/02/2023 and just last night noticed that application status is "Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization"
Could anyone of you shed some light on it ? It sounds like application passed to hiring manager/team. Any estimated timeline in relations to this status and interview call ?
Kind Regards

I understood you previously went through the entire process from application until having 2 interviews ? So actually want to ask about the what happened after the 2nd interview and also the timeline between application and first interview and between the 1st and 2nd interview and if they asked for any paperwork within these stages?
