Typically 2 to 4 months to land in KSA from the time accepting offer. The country origin, where you obtained degrees, Bach vs Fam status, etc impacts the length of process.

Hey guys, I have a strange situation that i didn't see in the previous comments. I applied for a job back in September 2022, and early October i got an email that i am selected for an interview in Houston in November. I went to the interview and i believe it was successful even though it only lasted for around 30 minutes, the HR told me to check with him in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks i sent him an email and he replied that he didn't hear back yet from the hiring team and to be patient as the process takes some time.
I waited over 2 months and i sent again an email this week to the HR to see if he has an update, he replied that this not normal to take that much time for the hiring team to decide, and he didn't get any response from KSA, he said that the system is showing him that i am still considered for the position. The position status was updated to "Thank you for participating in the interview process" on the next day after the interview.
Did any of you had a similar experience?

I have a similar situation. I had my second interview by the beginning of December. Checked with the recruiter several times. However, they said they couldn't get any update. My status never changed at sf.

Same here!F.I November with successful final interview message. Except that my status says Not translated in selected language. So I sent a message to the Hr and they said that my application is still under review and that they'll get back to be once they'll have any update.

Yes, my wife’s did for all of four her apps. It’s anyone’s guess what it means, if anything, but seems it’s system wide status change from “congrats your app has been fwd” to “under review”, which I thought the “congrats your app has been fwd” was a stupid status. Just congrats me and let me know when I am selected for an interview not when u just fwd my resume to someone else. No reason to get excited or worried, until you get contacted for interview or status changes to “not selected”.

I have my application status changed from “Congratulations, Your application has been forwarded “ to “Your application is under review” Does any had their status changed to this? What to expect from here on? I believe it's system wide change. Happened to my applications as well. Also one application that was showing not translated in selected language now shows Not Selected. Apparently they are up......... there success factor site

Actually 'Not translated in selected language ' doesn't really mean anything. It's just that the case where the status update is supposed to be written in successfactors isn't filled properly. You can find explanation online. So it can mean anything from under review to not selected. However if you're not selected you'll of course receive an email... Many people got Not translated in selected language as status after a final interview yet got a positive answer.

It depends may be but I believe with today update of success factor by Aramco, it would show the actual status. It shows not selected for me while it still have option to update application which to me means nothing. Did it change for you on any of ur application showing not translated status?

It has nothing to do with an update, it's just that the place where the different status should be inserted is empty that's why this message appears. If you still have the Update on, you can click on it and see if your profile updates normally!
