Hi Team , looking for assistance please, I have applied for several roles at Aramco, and after two months one of the job status has been updated to "Congratulations, you have been selected for the interview", but I didn't receive an email or invitation for the interview, is that normal? The second inquiry, when I click on the JOB APPLIED and select the Job that applied for, it doesn't show any details or the description of that job, it's really annoying since I applied for several jobs having the same role, and I don't know which for which, is there any way to know the specific description for the JOB APPLIED". Hi, they will send you an email with invitation for an interview (it may take a while). The email will include the job description and other related information. |

Did anyone apply in January for any role? On job portal in my documents do any one see options for: signed contract, passport copy, background check etc.
Then when you further click in job specific information, do any one see boxes with salary details, offer acceptable etc?
I see all this for a job I applied to this January but status shows not translated in language.
All jobs that I previously applied last year, don't show such level of details. May be system updates for this year.
I will really appreciate response

o all! I’m an American citizen living in Dubai, UAE.
I applied for communications/PR position and got the invitation for a face to face interview in Houston. When I informed them I’m not in Houston, the recruiters said they’ll schedule a virtual interview. Any idea how long this will take?
Also, anyone got an email from recruiters saying they’ll interview for multiple positions?

I know several people have asked this and I’ve gone through the thread, but my issue is unique. In two weeks, my status changes to Not available in selected language, but when I click on it, the system asks me to submit several forms like medical background check and passport copy. Is this usual? What needs to be done? I haven’t even had an interview yet! I had an interview as well and I applied for multiple similar positions. The position I interviewed says you have been selected for interview and others similar position have been changed to Not available in selected language. Not sure if they are considering me for all the positions with one interview. Need expert opinion on this from the forum. |

Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded." What is there next procedure and how long there are going to take further, please or I just stop thinking about the jobs which I had applied please.

One of my shows same but I know a person is already hired and being mobilized |

Is it technical, board interview, or any hints, please? Hi, It depends, it could be a Mix of Technical and Behavioral. Talk to your recruiter and ask if it is purely Technical or mixed? Most of the jobs are Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) so be prepared to answer proper technical questions related to your field. For Technical, provide to the point answers along with examples. For Behavioral, Provide answers and match your skills with job and how can you contribute to Aramco. Aramco Interviews are very professional and easy, just be calm and be yourself. |

They might have hired someone else. Keep applying for other jobs on their website. |

I only kept track of my progress via brassring. They changed over to the new SAP system during my hiring progress so these were the stages, but due to the changeover, I was in Kingdom and still on stage 5, so can't really help in regards to the current system. But I just contacted the London recruiter for the duration and he kept me well updated. 1- Applied 2- HireVue recorded interview 3- hireVue panel live video interview 4- verbal intent to offer 5- you submit salary slips 6- written conditional offer 7- background checks 8- visa medical 9- you receive your visa block by email 10- finally you are asked to officially resign from your current job if any 11- now you are allocated housing 12- visa stamped in your passport 13- flights booked 14- iqama medical in Saudi a week after you land 15- 6 month probation What was the time frame between 5 and 6? Around 6-8 weeks for me |

Guys last week i accepted my offer and signed all the required documents.
Question: generally how long following steps will take from now to complete? trying to get some idea on when i will be moving.
1- background checks
2- visa medical
3- you receive your visa block by email
