Do you have the update on too? Did you have a final interview? How do I turn the update on? Or how do I check if it's on? Sorry, I meant buton. The word is censored! You can click on it and see if it updates your application or if a message appears ! |

It has nothing to do with an update, it's just that the place where the different status should be inserted is empty that's why this message appears. If you still have the Update on, you can click on it and see if your profile updates normally! It does update but status still shows not selected! What I meant is that until the HR didn't make a decision then the status can still be on " Not translated in selected language". Once the HR take a decision then the status will change to Not selected or any other status. In your case the decision was Not selected so there will be no update. |

Posting my Updated Timeline here: • Jan25 Attend Virtual Job Fair (Talk to Recruiter at Virtual Job Fair. Applied for the position that recruiter asked for at site and send the email to recruiter to confirm that I applied) • Feb15 Got email invitation from Recruiter for virtual interview • March14 Virtual interview through Hirevue • March24 Got email from Recruiter that department would like to extend an offer. (Also I have been told to submit Employment Form, Passport copy, 02 recent Pay Slips, Degree copy, Transcript copy and updated resume) • March24 Sent the email to recruiter with all required documents • March29 Got email from Recruiter to explain 02 years gap in employment • March29 Sent email with the requested information • April26 got email to join online portal and fill up the offer questionnaire • May03 got the offer package through portal • May05 Accept the offer and portal was filled up with bunch of tasks to be completed • May05 Degree and Marriage certificate attest process started • May09 got confirmation about kids school admission • May10 submit the Background check package with all the requested documents • May12 Visa Medical done remotely in Canada • May 18 send passport and visa medical attested form and reports to Houston through Fedex • May24 Pre Departure Orientation (Online) • May 26 Waiting for Background check and degree/marriage certificate attestation Hi, What was the procedure to do Medical in Canada? Do I need to send my medical history from the clinic? |

Hi Guys, Anyone ever seen an up date that says "Unfortunately we had to cancel this job opportunity and can no longer consider your application"? Looks like this is where it all ends for me on my wait on the next steps. Why they had to cancel the role even after posting same role twice on their website still baffles me. In all, it was a good experience. We keep trying Hi framaikc : I got a similar message, but, when I then attempted to apply for the same position again I discovered my application was already attached to the new requisition. The message on my application page was "Late stage application" then please complete your application, which I have not done yet, as I would like to first understand whats going on. So, did you get any further update on yours or have you tried applying for the replica advert again? Sorry for the late response. I am not always here. I think I took that update as final, as there were no further updates coming from Aramco and moved on. The status message appeared for both replica roles I applied to. Did anything change for you since you got that update? |

I have my application status changed from “Congratulations, Your application has been forwarded “ to “Your application is under review” Does any had their status changed to this? What to expect from here on? I believe the job posting has been closed and they are currently reviewing all received applications |

“Selected for an interview” or “Not Selected” would be next phase. However, keep in mind could remain “under review” from a month to several months. Best to carry on with your life. If get selected for an interview, you’ll be contacted.

Hi All,
Great forum with lots of useful info. I got interviewed through video interview in November and it went well. Yesterday I could see the status has been changed to “ Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect with you when we can continue the process”.
Can anyone let me know the next steps from now on?

As the status says, recruiter will contact you as soon they hear from Aramco on decision or when the hiring org takes action on next steps for filling the role. It mostly likely will either be 1)contingent offer is coming, 2)not selected or 3)2nd round of interviews. It’s anyone’s guess how long you will have to wait for decision or something holding up the hiring process/decision? It could be weeks or months. Everyone’s timing from application to final decision from Aramco is different. Ranges from several weeks to several months. The good news is you have made it this far and sounds like you’re still under consideration, although it’s been a few months since interview.

Atiffarooq and JRS, I don’t even know the recruiter yet as I was contacted by Jerry Varghese (agency) and interview was done through a hirevue link sent from Aramco. So can I assume a recruiter will contact me in due course with a status. No proper response from jerry Varghese though

o, my on case is different; I got a referral directly from Aramco staff. I got selected for interview- recorded in October, 2022, then afterwards one-one interview in Nov. 2022. And up till now have not heard anything. I have reached out to Houston HR but they said my application has not been rejected but they are waiting on the Kingdom guys for next step. DOes anybody has such situation? Its going to 4 months after one-one interview and no message or email.

I applied in September 2022, got an email for interview in Houston in November, and since then i didn't hear negative or positive feedback. I sent an email to the recruiter 2 weeks after the interview and he told me to be patient. I followed up with him couple weeks ago and he told me that he hasn't hear anything from KSA office. I had a business card of on of the hiring manager who interviewed me in Houston and I sent an email to him but no response yet. |
