Did you received any confirmation of moblizing..since i am also awaiting for ticket and otehr confirmations from JAL i am also selected as a Safety Adviser. kindly update if any info.

Dear Mr. Shadik2015: thanks for info. Since SMP vendors are silent on issue and selected candidates are not getting proper update through agencies, kindly update if any good news..its really a drop of water for a thirsty candidates,,every body trying to collect info to control their disturbed mind ..hope for more good news on mobilizing.

I am also selected through JAL as a civil engineer. My visa has still not been stamped on my passport even though my medical has also expired. I too also waiting to get some movement from JAL but this silent vendor is not at showing any progress or any updates. Further if u have any info please share it.

Good day shadik2015 Is this true that stadium project is still on hold and they are diverting SELECTED candidates to other Aramco projects, how about those candidates w/out Oil & Gas experience? does it mean that they will no longer be deployed to KSA? Please enlighten us sir.  |

Currently there are 3,000+ SMP's in kingdom awaiting re allocation.
If you aren't in kingdom you will not be mobilised until the projects get the go ahead. With the goings on in Yemen and surrounding areas it is highly unlikely that these projects will be going ahead anytime soon.
also bear in mind that the Aramcon Interviews for direct hire are taking place now in western countries.

The information in January was 3 out of 21 would go ahead. However all seem to be stopped at the moment and all manpower in kingdom associated with the project are bjeing transferred to other divisions, those with no O&G experience go home.
With 3000+ people available in kingdom I can't see you out of kingdom "selected" guys being mobilised anytime soon. Hope you have not quit your jobs yet.

I appreciate all your info Sir James. By the way our local agency here has already started deploying candidates selected for KSP. I was able to talk to one of the candidates who landed there in KSA and he told me that all of them will be routed to different Aramco projects (some of them are in the cities and other's are in remote areas). Please continue giving us updates Sir James and thanks again, appreciate it sir. |

I am selected through Jal International and yesterday i got a mail from Jal saying, "Please note that still the project is on hold, SMPCAD is doing their best to find new department who can accommodate the kspd candidates. If SMPCAD found sutibale job in other department we will proceed for your mobilization". Do any one had the idea about this...  Dear Cheeze, Thank you for your updates. hi Guys, Got my visa for saudi and came here last month. But still in room, waiting for the Client confirmation for reporting. since presently stadium project is delayed, some of my frnds already reported to armaco projects at office and some at site.. since there profile matching with openings in some armaco projects. Armaco is doing there best to post the peoples in different armaco projects, other than stadium projects. may be in future they will shift to stadium projects once it got started..the peoples who are in there home country (still have not got their visa or medical done), if he is my brother and u r in need of money /very urgent , then i will say him pl try for more interviews..but if u have enough money to support ur family. then pl be patient. it will happen one day but it may or may not take few months also. Hope good happens soon...  |

Hi all friends,
I was recruited by ARAMCO in the month of Nov-2014,My local agent is very propmt and efficient in his services, I got my visa stamped within 15 days of selection, since than I am waiting for my ticket. five months have passed away my 1st visa expired my medical expired. they asked me to do the 2nd medical again and got my 2nd visa stamped very fast hoping the departure will take place soon as was told by the local agent, one month has passed away since the stamping of second visa and still waiting for the ticket. really very strange situation. I pray to after this much patient something good shall come out. thanks to all for the information they post.
