Does anyone knows whether the mobilizations of contract staffs for the Stadium Project has been kept hold?
Has my visa has been stamped dec 20 2014, today they informed me all mobilization for kspd has been kept under hold.
Does anyone had same experience?

Some non-oil projects are being placed on hold due to oil prices. I do not know of your project specifically, but projects are being placed on hold. Normal.

I understand that it is normal but what I am afraid is about the validity of my stamped visa, it will be expired by next month.

The same situation for me, delay processing due to on hold for Stadium Project. Somebody knows what's going on maybe King Salman cancel the Stadium Projects.

So for delay in Project, reasons may be multiple. I don't think any cancelation of project because most of the work has been completed.

I also have the same situation, got the visa and they are saying to hold on, any one get any update at this time from ARAMCO or from their Contractor?

I have the same situation, got visa stamped from Houston TX, but now they are saying to hold on. Any one has any current update on this project. I heard that other Contractor like SARCO still doing their Visa process for their candidates but leaving to SA is on hold.

Similar situation for me. Have been told that the visas are on hold for the project. I'm getting very little information except that I should be patient, that they are expecting mobilisation soon.

Hi everyone...
Newbie here. I'am also waiting for the advise regarding my deployment. Just wonderin' why it's taking too long for them to mobilize employees not to mention that this is an Aramco Mega Project. I was hired by JATCO, can anyone give us an info how is the accomodation, food and other benefits for SMP's? TIA and More Power guys....

Dear All,
I got offer letter 2 month before for the 11 Stadium project. But still i didnt get my VISA or mofo no anything. They said still client not proposed the mobilization date. But im afraid already i given my resignation for the present employer. I hope and pray not hold the project.
Im expecting news from Aramco to start the mobilization date.
Please share anyone get news about this.

There was an influx of people in January for stadiums but not seen any more new faces in my camp.
I know a few oil projects that have gotten to the end of FEED and then been placed on hold until next year.
I hope you guys haven't quit your jobs yet.

Do you know if they have started assembling the project management teams in Saudi for the stadium project.
I am in a similar boat to the other guys in that I accepted the offer in November and am still waiting for the visa to come through. I have also been told that the project is on hold but to just be patient.
