Hi to All,
I am newbie here but when I read this forum, I felt pity on you guyz. So, here's what I can suggest/say to you all.
For those who already selected to work for KSP and not mobilized yet, please look for an alternative jobs or projects because there are lots of hired SMP which just arrived, and others were already staying here for about 2months but not mobilize yet to KSP.
All Saudi Aramco projects is now "on slow down" stage and maybe others are fully or maybe partially "on hold" like KSP.
For your information, most of the vendors will only give the hired SMP a 2-weeks maximum free of accomodation, food and transportation but beyond that you will be on your own.
Please be reminded that being as SMP of Saudi Aramco, we will be paid only from the first day we reported to our assigned project. And if you will not be able to report after 2-weeks of freebies from your vendor, you will be at your expense.
So therefore, as I've said above, look for your alternative, don't wait for KSP because you only have a little of chances to succeed and join this project due to the current situation that more of experienced SMP's are looking also for other opportunity in other projects because Saudi Aramco is slowing down.
In addition, Saudi Aramco is now on the cost optimization programme which means they are now going to look for a possibility of which area they can apply a cost cutting. Most of us here already affected by it, we don't have any OT and the other guyz lost their assigned vehicle.
Lastly, don't quit your current job and have more patience.
I hope this could help and give you ideas of what is currently happening as of this moment.
