Just a quick question... Do all degrees and certificates will required to be attested or just the latest one. I had my BSc from Pakistan but MSc from UK. Do I just need to get my MSc attested or both ??

mtbuk,
Your relocation advisory would be able to advise you better...
I have a BSc from Pakistan then an ACA from UK. They have just asked for my BSc to be attested. They have not even asked to see my ACA certificate. Not sure how it all works... Relocation Advisor would be able to guide you better...
Cheers !

Thanks for your reply. I have been reading this forum for a few days now.
I was interviewed in the last week of May. The team in London told me that I will get to hear the outcome in two weeks time. I rang them after two weeks and they informed that initial feedback by the interview panel had been fantastic, but I will not be offered the position util it gets approved/signed by managers in Dhahran. Now I am ringing the london office on weekly basis but they still not have any further updates.
What has been your experience after the interview. How long it took for you to get to know the outcome of your interview?

Mtbuk,
Please do a search on the forum for "Timeline". You can read all about the time spans from interview to offer and every other step of the hiring process. The information is current and past.

UK_Finance_Applicant Thanks for your reply. I was offered in May. Aramco contingencies cleared, waiting for the degree attestation from Attachee. Reloc Advisor mentioned that Aramco hav got a visa block available but unfortunately she seems to be new the degree attestation procedure which is causing delays. Hopefully Aramco will provide the last remainig letter next week and then I shall get it attested.
Any idea how much time it will take in Attachee and consulate? and what will be the next challenge? I assume it will be visa application which does not take more than 2-3 days. Please keep in touch. Regards

Hey Borolady
I guess the biggest challenge is have the Aramco letters attested by MoFA in KSA before submitting to Saudi Culture. Do you know if the letter that are being arranged for you would be attested by MoFA in KSA?
Also which agent are you using to have your docs submitted to Saudi Culture in Pakistan?
Also - have your other contingencies been cleared and has your passport been submitted for visa stamping? Or have you been told when this will happen?
Please let us know...
Cheers !

Hi Toronto2KHR
Any progress in getting the letters from Aramco. I am assuming you're waiting for the request letter addressed to Saudi Culture.
Do you know if this letter would be attested by MoFA in KSA when you receive it?
Thanks !

UK_Finance_Applicant, Yes, that's my expectation that the letter will be attested by MoFA in KSA. So far it is still under process in Arabia

Hi Toronto2KHR Hopefully you should receive it soon. I've heard they have a lead time of 3-4 weeks, with Ramadan this might take a bit longer. Also - has your visa been stamped on your passport and have you been given an all clear to resign from your current employer. I've heard (again from a few people on this forum) that they've been given all clear to resign even before degree has been attested. Apparently degree attestation is not a requirement for visa stamping, but needed upon renewal of your iqama on your 1st year anniversary in KSA. Please share what you've been told, clearly you're far ahead in the game than many of us

UK_Finance_Applicant,
Thanks man, I hope this will process will complete soon.
All my contingencies are cleared. Just degree attestation is remaining. I have been told that degree attestation is THE requirement for visa stamping. I have not been advised to give the notice.

You should receive a letter or email telling you: you can now resign.

UK_Finance_Applicant My degree was submitted to cultural office Islamabad yesterday (with letters attested from MOFA KSA) but they have advised to provide them attested copy of my passport. Apparently this is a new requirement, and Aramco needs to attest and DHL it themselves directly. Cultural office said that they will process the application only when they will get the DHL shipment number. It is quite confusing process, further confusions are expected in coming days I will keep you updated. Meanwhile, anybody gone through consulate attestation recently and guide me what to expect? I have got the full documents' pack from Mckkanzie. but not sure about process and timeline. Appreciate any help. Regards

I have just accepted the hard copy offer which took some time to come so the process would get started for now but in anticipation I had got my degrees attested from HEC and then MOFA but then the Saudi embassy agent said we need job offer and letter from employer attested from Saudi chamber of commerce to get degree attested. So are you still not aware of any one who got anysuccess on this front?
