Hi EIDN,
You have to contact your recruiter by either phone or by email. Present your case and they will respond. I think they have to go back to the department for approval. Once approved you will receive the revised offer letter.

May 2015.... Awaiting final few pieces of paper work to be verified
I don’t know what will happen next as I am currently in Riyadh waiting to hand my notice in.

Hi,
I thought I would post my timeline for others. I am coming from Australia but have a Canadian university degree.
August 2014 - applied and interviewed in Sydney
September 2014 - received offer letter and began negotiations on offer
October 2014 - received revised offer letter and accepted
November 2014 - started BI check including having to deal with 3 different companies as have lived in a few countries. Also provided university degree and transcript for attestation
December 2014 - medical
January 2015 - BI checks completed
February 2015 - resubmitted university degree and transcript as original information was misplaced
May 2015 - university degree attested
June 2015 - requested to provide passport for visa but unfortunately have travel plans so will provide in July
July 2015 - provide passport to obtain visa. Introductory letter received in April 2015
August 2015 - expectation to provide 30 day notice to leave current job
September/October 2015 - expectation to relocate to Saudi.

First post from a new hire that's not new to KSA.
Mid February 2015: Interview AOC London.
End of February 2015: Job Offer Phone call
Mid March 2015: Offer received and accepted. Deluge of paperwork ensued (background Checks, Health Questionnaire, Shoe Size, Etc).
Mid April: Background checks completed. Arranged PDO and medical for Mid May - just missed the date for the April one. - Avalanche of paperwork ensued!
Mid May: PDO AOC London and medical in an attic in Harley Street - very glamorous it was too!
3rd Week in May 2015: request to send passport for Visa.
Late May 2015: Visa in the passport and back in my grubby paw.
1st June told to hand in notice with present employer.
Expected arrival in DMM around the 20th August - ish due to having to give 3 months notice.
**Edit 15th July 2015** Flying on Friday 14th August, a week earlier than anticipated.
This will be my 3rd time in Kingdom. Was there 1996 - 1999, 2006 - 2007, and now 2015 - ?
Must be a 10 year thing. :lol:
