Hi! Sorry if this has been asked before. Has anyone here been to interview or being offered Financial Reporting/Consolidation position? Do they usually ask behavioral or technical questions? Or if any of you have any tips at all for financial reporting interviews. Thank you!! Aramco finance interviews are pretty straight forward and standard – like interviewing for fin/acctg role for any other large company. Most interviews start out you walking them through your resume with follow-up questions from interviewers. Just be prepared to articulate your experience and qualifications in concise matter that highlights your qualification that matches the job description. Prob don’t need to go over every detail every finance/accounting job that you had (or their eyes may glaze over) but highlight your accomplishments and what makes you a good match for the job. Prob only focus on last 10 years. They prob will have some follow-up questions - possibly technical and/or behavioral questions along the way but usually nothing too challenging. Ok to ask questions about the role and working in respective dept but don’t start asking about life here outside of work here – housing, schools for children, repat, etc. Leave those questions for the recruiter and relo advisor, if you receive an offer. |
