Hi there I have exactly similar status in the job portal. My interview conducted in 5 weeks before and I have been requested to send my, wife and child documents (passport, nid, pphq etc) recently and I also sent them already. In the meantime my relocation officer contacted me that she will help me in this process which may take 1-2 months. Credence background checking company requested to send some evidence of my current job. However, I am wondering I have not received any offer yet but a lot of things is going on which is something strange to me. I have other company offer too in my hand. Without the offer i cannot take the decision. Can you suggest me how you are gone with this process in recent time? do you think I will receive offer shortly? That is good that you are already in recruitment process. It is not a similar situation like mine…I am surprised to hear also why they requested your wife and child detail that you have not received an offer yet. An offer can take 2-3 months. The paperwork can take 2-3 months, then it’s waiting for visas and giving notice, which can also be months. They are just trying to expedite what they can, nothing mysterious or nefarious. |

To my understanding and talking to Aramco HR, they are sending BI/Medical Paperwork in advance to expedite the process incase there is an Offer. They are sending it to everyone who is short listed but it doesnt mean everyone will get the offer. They might send these paper works to 4 candidates for similar role but offer will be extended to only one candidate and other three will be dropped. I hope this clears everyone's confusion.

This is not desirable from this company. A lot of effort is being put into the requested activities. They are orally stating that it will take 1-2 months to relocate me. In my case, the relocation officer is also welcoming me and she is waiting for the offer letter too. At this stage, it's quite frustrating to check the credentials of 4 candidates and then dropping three. I cannot respect this process. Thank you

Thank you Well this is the reality and I am surprised you you still hasn't got the offer. You might be backup candidate case. The things you are motioning here are post offer acceptance as per my understanding. |

If they put me as a back up candidate and finally dropped me without informing then I will loss this opportunity to. At this stage how can I approach to Aramco and finalise my things. Please advise if you have some experienc Only the Saudi Manager can tell whats going on. These HR people are dependent on them. In you have worked in Middle East you would know how things work here. It all depends upon the Manager and his decision. No one can do anything. At this stage this is just the wait game. What I would do if I am in your place, accept the other opportunity you like and if Aramco sends the offer any some point you decide and leave the new job. After the Aramco offer, it taka 3-6 months for processing. |

Thank Samlia nd jrs for your generous opinion regarding accepting offer. I have 8 weeks time in my hand before I leave from current job. Hope it will be sorted out in the mean time. |

Still hope until you get “Not Selected”, so would take as positive but no guarantee an offer is coming. Could be multiple reasons for the status- waiting to interview other candidates, interview team has not had a chance to discuss the results of your interview to make a decision or mostly likely the recruiter has not received any update or feedback from interview team, so has nothing to share regarding your candidacy status.

Even not selected, still get hope as it was mentioned by someone in other discussion topic. His status was “Not Selected”, and he got an offer😂. This is Aramco, expect unexpected status and result…

I am with the exact same status in my profile for the last 3 weeks. Recruiting agent is saying he is also awaiting for the decision which will be come from authority. This week i came to know that my background is not yet checked and it will finish shortly . however, in my email and orally RA was saying that they want to take me to the salary recommendation stage. Its been a month and I am still waiting for the offer. So confusing their status in the jop portal |
