Interviewed on June 29 with Dept manager and I believe two division heads. Notified today a second round interview on Aug 9th. Thankful and excited about progressing but boy they sure like to stretch this out. I guess they’re in no hurry or critical need to fill role. I was told this interview will only last 30 minutes.

Job Status: Interviewing with Aramco

Question please....does Aramco reach out to candidates to tell them their application isn't successful? Do they just leave the candidates hanging without a closure? It's been radio silence since I had my interview in March.

Yes, I eventually received closure on 3 positions I applied for in past. Not selected w/ follow up w/ canned email “thank you but no thank you”.

Job Status: Interviewing with Aramco

I have also gotten a closure on a job I once applied to, but that particular job application didn't get to the interview stage. The jobs you got closures on, were you interviewed?
In my case, my recruiter and I were communicating well until he left Aramco. The new guy hasn't responded to any email I have sent him so far.

Sorry, this website is not managed or owned by Saudi Aramco and I don’t believe anyone on this forum has that or would be willing to provide that info. Apply for jobs at Aramco.jobs. If a recruiter finds you a qualified & you get selected for an interview, he or she will contact you.

Ok that’s fine. I thought was another option of applying for jobs by sending CVs to recruiting agents aside applying via the Saudi Aramco website.

I had interview recently and the status has changed to "Thank you for participating in our interview process". Does it means that i am unsuccessful. Please share your experience if any. Thanks. I had an interview with Aramco for 2 different positions. I thought they both went well. The interview for the first position was done in April and finally in June I saw the message ''Thank you for participating in our interview process'' on the portal for this application. No news since then. I also did an interview for another position in July and a few days later, I saw the same message ''Thank you for participating in our interview process''. And today I was surprised to see that it was updated to ''Not selected''. Anyone has seen the message ''Thank you for participating in our interview process'' before? What does it mean? Successful or unsuccessful?

I believe it means what it states, that is Aramco thanks you for interest in the company and for going through the interview process. I wouldn't read anything more into it than that. They prob have no answer for you at the moment, if they will continue with your app. It seems it takes 2 weeks to a month or more to get a status update at each stage with Aramco application process. Also keep in mind, you may have interviewed fine and you are qualified for the job but they elect to go with someone else because they maybe a little more qualified or have other personal qualities that makes them a better fit. This goes for any job or company you apply to and interview for.
I have a month between my first and second round interviews, which would seem crazy for a US company but not for Aramco.

No prob. The only way is applying directly through the Aramco job website. I had no idea about expat jobs for Aramco until a third party recruiter contacted me out of the blue on LinkedIn. So I don't track my application through a site since I never applied. It was all through the recruiter and Aramco behind the scenes. All my contact all been through people until just today where I got an email for its onboarding site where they are now collecting info and a statement saying a formal offer is coming very shortly.

o, I also received the email for its onboarding, this step is called pre-onboarding. We started the BI, but the offer has not arrived yet.
