Anyone got this status update? “ We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you!” Does this mean they have offer ready to contact me or is this just a generic update after they receive my information? Congratulations, you will have an offer. Recruiters mostly update status after informing the candidate. It might still take a couple of weeks, sit tight. |

Log onto the aramco job site where you applied and uploaded your resume. You should have created an account when u applied. Click on "Profile" then click on "Jobs Applied" and you should see the status for each job you applied for. You may have to click on specific job to see the "Profile" link in the corner. You should be able to use the link below to see the "Profile" link. careers.aramco.com/expat_us/job/Petroleum-Engineering-Specialist/766669923/ |

I used to see my previous applications and statuses but for a few days now, I do not see the files I downloaded there nor previous applications... |

Hi peman00, did your recruiter send an email asking for your paystubs before you saw this status update? Yes. I submitted the compensation info about a week ago. First after the interview, it said something like “thank you for completing the interview”. I cant remember the exactly. However few days ago, it updated to this new message. |

I had interview recently and the status has changed to "Thank you for participating in our interview process". Does it means that i am unsuccessful. Please share your experience if any. Thanks. Hi canadianpeng, did you receive an update or did your status change? |

Hi,
I have applied for multiple positions on Aramco careers.
All of them are showing following status:
“congratulations! Your application has been forwarded.Last Modified 03/15/2022”
I haven’t been contacted. What could be the reason of delay and whom should I contact to seek progress on my application.

"What could be the reason?" Could be a number of reasons. 1)the HR person that sits in KSA has not reviewed the application yet that has been fwd to him or her from outside the Kingdom, 2)The key person or people reviewing applications and selecting candidates are on vacation, 3)They are currently looking at other candidates before proceeding with your app, 4)Other things take precedence with the org other then filling the positions, 5)ETC..
I know it's frustration and think it's silly for them to say "Congratulations!" just because we passed one or two screenings. Just wait to say "Congratulations!" if I land an interview or job offer. Not sure how many of these initial "Congratulations" turn into interviews? Most large orgs take a while to provide an applicant an update or final answer; however, Aramco most often takes longer than the norm.
I have two applications that say "Congrats! Your app has been fwd to hiring org" and one that just says "Congrats! Your app has been fwd" for a few weeks now. I'm not holding my breath. If I get selected for an interview, then great otherwise I will carryon with my life.

Among 4 that got forwarded to hiring org, i only had 1 that turned into a “selected” for an interview and rest were turned into “not selected”.
I think it took roughly 2 weeks for this change in status to come. Once you are selected then you need to wait for an email that gives your interview date options. Another 1-2 week wait.

Good Day. I'm supposed to have been interviewed for a role but there was a network glitch which I believe it was from their side, so, my application status was reading "You have been selected for interview" for some time. When I contacted the recruiter, he told me his co-worker handling it will be in contact with me once they receive an update from the hiring managers. However, it was surprising yesterday to see the status update change to - "Thank you for participating in our interview process". Although I have sent an email to them but what could be wrong.
