Job Status: Interviewing with Aramco

I get your point. I feel it may just be for the same department that probably needs more than one person for the same role. A typical example will be if the department operates 24&7. From my understanding, field locations have like 3 crew members working shifts on the same role. This might just be one of those

My point based on a similar situation, since the JD is identical, then the hiring manager is the same to be reviewing your application if you submit to the new JOB Post, thus, Cross fingers you have a positive feedback from the one you already Done,

And for why it is posted twice, i believe their scope to get this AD to a new candidate pool than different what's already on hand.

Hi, I had a similar situation , I was interviewed on Jan 27th , 2022, got a call from my recruiter on 12th feb informing they would like to proceed with an offer , then didn’t hear till 23 rd March from the recruiter as to my every email I was getting a response like offer is under approval , meanwhile I saw similar role being posted again on the website , on asking about it my recruiter informed Aramco keeps the position open till the time the selected candidate lands in KSA , I feel that is applicable in your case too.
Just to update , finally received my offer on 6th April 2022.
Now I am into BI stage , fingers crossed for the next steps .

Can someone please explain the difference between the application statuses which say “Congratulations your application has been forwarded” vs. “Congratulations your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization”

Can someone please explain the difference between the application statuses which say “Congratulations your application has been forwarded” vs. “Congratulations your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization” First one as I understand means when application is forwarded from US or origin recruiter to Saudi HR and second one is when Saudi HR shortlist and forward to hiring manager.

I had interview recently and the status has changed to "Thank you for participating in our interview process". Does it means that i am unsuccessful. Please share your experience if any. Thanks.

Hi canadianpeng Congratulations on your interview. My experience was a bit unique as my recruiter left Aramco about a week or so after my interview. So my application status was not updated for weeks after the interview...I had to contact Aramco team in Houston for the contact of the new recruiter...So it took like a month before I got feedback. From what I read here, it seems Aramco is pretty quick to get back with initial feedback on the interview in most cases...My advice will be..Give it about 2 weeks then contact your recruiter and politely ask for an update. Good luck, buddy!

Job Status: Interviewing with Aramco
|
Post by framaikc on Jun 2, 2022 17:24:46 GMT
o Good People, I have a quick question please...I applied for an engineering position, which I will call 'Position A, Job ID 1234' for which I have interviewed over a month ago but still awaiting feedback from recruiter. Now, I noticed there is a very similar job with exactly same job description, both matched word for word. Only difference is Job ID...so lets call the second job 'Position B, Job ID 4321'. My question is, any idea why the two jobs will be exactly same description/requirements but with different Job IDs? What does the difference in Job IDs mean? Now, that I am still awaiting the results of the interview for Position A, is it advisable to submit my CV for the second identical job, Position B? Any chance both jobs are for same department? Any potential negative impact on the interview I already did? Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you Good People! Can't believe I am faced with this same situation canadianman talked about right now. I just logged into my Aramco profile to check if there is any change on my status and to also search for other suitable roles and to my surprise, I found a job I already applied to with same job le, same department, same job description, but a different job requisition ID. Now I don't know if it's appropriate to apply for the newly posted role while I am on hold for the previous one. Just to add, my recruiter left Aramco and the role is being handled by a new recruiter who is yet to respond to my mail to him. I am really not liking the signs I am getting. Please I need your advice Thanks

I would just carry on w/ your life and don’t worry about checking on a frequent basis. I believe you have done everything you can on your end. If Aramco finds your resume compeive for the roles you have applied for, they will contact you for an interview via of phone or email.
Aramco tends to move much slower than your typical large company.
You will drive yourself nuts by continually monitoring application status.

Hi I am in Australia, my application has been sitting at stage 2 for a couple of months now, the date stamp at stage 2 changed twice but i haven't had any contact from Aramco yet Any leads? Cheers The application stages are 1- Applied 2- HireVue recorded interview 3- hireVue panel live video interview 4- verbal intent to offer 5- you submit salary slips 6- written conditional offer 7- background checks 8- visa medical 9- you receive your visa block by email 10- finally you are asked to officially resign from your current job if any 11- now you are allocated housing 12- visa stamped in your passport 13- flights booked 14- iqama medical in Saudi a week after you land 15- 6 month probation Fee free to PM if you have any questions. I am in UK as well Hi, I recently had an interview on Hirevue live video with saudi Aramco interview panel last month may, 2022, For Concession Rep job, actually I had worked before with Aramco on an SMP contract as Food Services Coors-II for about 3.6 years, with similar qualifications n experiences till 2017 in community services division. It was quite a simple and good interview for about 25 mins, ended up on a good node, but after that I haven't received any feedback neither about my selection nor rejection, it's been a month now, I am following up with the recruitment consultancy but they say they haven't received any update or feedback from Aramco, should I consider my interview unsuccessful or should I wait for the feedback, why does Aramco don't provide feedback about Selection or Rejection after interview, can please some one help me with your experience or advise, as Aramco has always been my dream company to work eagerly waiting for someone's response...

Anyone got this status update?
“ We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you!”
Does this mean they have offer ready to contact me or is this just a generic update after they receive my information?

Although kind of an odd message for a company to send; however, if you have interviewed, I would take that as very good news! That is they plan on making you an approved offer.
