It took a three months from document submission to written offer for me, but everyone is different Thanks. Any idea how salary is ascertained? |

I am waiting for an offer for last 2months....
I have been told that it is in a final approval process and could take couple of weeks...
I am expecting it by the end of next week....

Can anyone share their timeline and where are they at the hiring process. I have recieved an email regarding documents submission and waiting for an offer. How long it takes to get an offer after an interview. The timelines are specific to each case. I got the oral confirmation and request for documents on Oct 4th 2021 and conditional offer on November 23rd. So its very different in each case, stay tight long road ahead. I have got my Hirvue online interview in mid of March 2022. After the interview the status on my Aramco profile changed to: Thanks for your efforts so far. A recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process. Not sure what does it mean. Did you see this message on your profile. I am from Canada too and I have applied for Engineering Role. |

I am the same, after 3 weeks of the interview I have been contacted by the recruiter to submit the documents, then 3 weeks later I have received the offer .so, total is 6 weeks from the interview. And it depends from case to case, Department to Department.

So your application status on the Aramco website went from 'invited to Interview' to offer? That's awesome! For some of us, our statuses are stuck on 'Thanks for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process. I still want to remain hopeful until I get a closure. Congrats again... |
