JAL? Thought they had been removed from the support services contract with Aramco? A lot of our guys who originally came out with them transferred to Al-hoty at their end of contract.

MR. SADIQ..since Jal is not responding what to do...no updates its really hurting so.much difficult to give commitment to anyone on moblizing...number of frienda they are trying for other companies...they almost fade up with this acts...no asaurance..

At last a great news.
HAKA is the only vendor started mobilization, any news about the other vendorslike Al Falak, Al Hoty and Jatco.

What does Saudi law say about a breach of employment contract?
Would those of us that incurred travel expenses on the premise that we would be refunded once in Kingdom have any valid legal recourse?

My self and one of my friend also selected for ksp project through JAL at mumbai, but till now no information/update for mobilisation.
Do u hve any information or updates?
Our local agent is Alyousuf, you also from Alyousuf or any other agency?

The only information I got from JAL is that the stamping was on-hold and since then JAL is very silent about the project. I'm getting updates from my friends who was selected by other vendor like HAKA, SRACO, etc.
I'm from other agency.

Sorry, but if you ever get out here you will soon realise why I laughed.
Saudi Labour law would only apply to agreements made in kingdom, and as an expat your chances of winning anything are slim to none... in fact they are just none.
There was a story on here a few years ago of a teacher who tried to go the legal route, the Saudi Government will not let you leave the kingdom until the case is heard and concluded. He spent 9 months(if i recall correctly) without work as he was terminated by his sponsor when proceedings started.
I see and listen to lots of expats that assume laws and legislations are in place, they soon realise where they are. :roll:

Dear All,
If certain sources are to be believed the agents have started releasing the documents back to the candidates as they are not sure whether KSP project will be on. They are trying to allocate for other Saudi Aramco projects but that also is uncertain. The other agents have no news about HAKA started mobilising candidates for KSP project.
It is not sure whether Mr. Zalah will be working for KSP project or some other Saudi Aramco project.
Let's pray for the best thing to happen and keep hope.
