Hi all another frustration, my RA is silent for more than 17 days. My visa block was issued end of last may and now I am still waiting to attest my degree. Saudi embassy in france insisted to legilize my contract by mofa which RA said that aramco is waived and I got lost between them. She said there are many cases as me but the last email I got from her is back dated to the beginning of July. I am redoing my visa medical for 4th time. The hospital stuff here used to see my face every 3 months and all of them know me very well
Any one here in the same boat. I have cc another 3 RA in the email after I send her 3 emails including on claim report and no single word from her. She didn't picked her office phone and it transfer me to voice message. I am deeply disappointed and start thinking that they are not interested on me anymore. I sent my direct manager a congratulation for the month and he didn't reply at all. I don't know if aramco employee really check thier email. For my current employer we are really prompt in replying email and we have a high class professional and communications skills
thanks

Hero55,
Sorry to hear about that. In my most recent email from rel. adv. it said my degree is being attested. So I assume it's not finished yet although I sent it more than two and half months ago. So I just have my fingers crossed.

Hero55,
Your relocation advisor could be on vacation and degree attestaion takes time. Mine took around 12 weeks. Your line manager could also be on vacation as its quite common period to take vacations. Stay positive. Hopefully you'll reach there soon.

I am really wondering why AOC is dealing with my case in very relaxed mode. I am started thinking that they may lost the interest to relocate me and thinking to start looking at plan B cheers

Each case is different ... During Ramadan and EID nothing is achieved in Saudi Arabia and Saudi Aramco .. If they have spent this time on it then it is going through .. My rel adv was rubbish too and if they have gone on holidays the. You will need to be patient sorry nothing more positive

Just be positive and don't forget this golden phrase "patience is the key thing to work for Aram-co" if u cant be patient then may be Aramco is not for you. This is our first test keep following it up and hope for the best, there is not much u can do.. Best of Luck

Stay positive you're not alone. I'm waiting on the visablock for more then 8 months so far, it will soon be released. If there is no news it's normal for the relocation advisers to keep silent because they don't have any certains about dates from issues that simply don't depend on them.
Regards

Thanks very much to all of you for your motivation. To clarify more, she was in relaxed mode the moment I got my visa block which is 1 full month before Ramadan. I am fully aware about the slow Ramadan and eid but really confused and feel that I have the slowest and least productive RA who wasted the time on non sense and made lot mistakes leaded to such delays which could be solved out before the month as my visa block was released end of May. The thing which I am worry about is my kids school which will commence by September. That's why I lost my patience.
Thanks to all of you

Hero55,
Same here, Aramco school starting at 31st of August is what's worrying and upsetting me more. I did not enroll my kid in home school for next year, so I hope to get in KSA early September so the damage won't be to much... But I'm confident that we will.

Hi erdna_oaoj I strongly advise you to make sure that all your documents are ready so that you will not end up missing one stamp which lead to 3 months delay like me

What stamp did you miss? Would our RA not be making sure that all docs etc are in order?

Thanks Hero55,
I got confirmation by AOC in March that all my documents were ok. Including diploma attestation, marriage certificate, and all that was in the visa agent to process as soon as the visa block is released. So I guess they don't miss anything.
But I'll check again anyway.

Hi UK_Finance_Applicant I missed stamp of cultural section of saudi embassy in france at my degree. I got the embassy stamp only which was not enough and we could make sure that all requirements are in order during the full year waiting for visa block. Please do not rely on them. I strongly advise you to call the Embassy yourself asking them by yourself. regards

Hi I strongly advise you to call or go by yourself to the local saudi embassy in your country asking them clearly what are the required documents you don't know maybe the add new requirements. I regret not doing so while waiting full year doing nothing relying on AOC.. Make sure your degree have 2 stamps one for saudi embassy and the other for cultural section of saudi embasy.

Hero55,
Thank you for your tips. Actually I went to my local Saudi embassy a couple of times already and I got the 2 stamps on my degree. I've got them at the same time, luckily for me the embassy only took 8 days to process it all. Regards
