Yes, there is a K3 and K4 here within 5mins walk of any villa. Three playparks and virtually no traffic. It is excellent for young families.

Does the elementary school accept kids with ADHD that are not actually hyper but need extra help in math and writing due to concentration and focus issues?
Can you please tell me the name of a great child psychiatrist in the area? Can be in Bahrain. Can't get answers from anyone.
What are the odds our son who is gifted with a 4.0 avee will not get accepted into DHS?
How is Rakkah for families with dogs? Any news on if they are adding fences?
How long is a wait list to get into Ras Tanura?
Can a child repeat their grade they were in in the states if their birthday is Sep 28th?
Please help us get answers. Our decision on taking the job rests on the schools ability to help with tutoring or working with a child at their level and if someone can please recommend a child psychiatrist and psychologist. Thank you!

Canada-2014, Commute will probably be 40 to 50 mins depending on traffic. It is 45 mins to an hour from DHA to ABQ.
GH1: It will depend on the amount of help your student would need. Aramco schools do not have special ed. But classrooms are usually smaller, so the kids get extra help in class.
Aramco has psychologists and psychiatrists in DHA and appointments with them are free to employees and their families.
DHS would most likely take your son, unless they are full. It would be wise to start communicating with them now. Their website has contact information. International Schools Group Dhahran.
No fences as yet, that I know of. Hopefully current residents will answer.
There is no known time limit for getting to move to RT. After 2 years you can get on the bid list and bid on homes that come available.
Yes, kids do repeat grades when coming here. It helps many to do so.

Some residents with dogs have put up their own fences, but they pay for materials, the erection and the dismantlement when they leave. I also understand that they now have to use a specific contracting company to do the work.
Concerning RT: have you been assigned Rakah temporarily pending placement in Ras Tanura? Some people in this situation are already moving: so about four to six months they would have been here, but I am sure this depends on individual circumstances, number of children etc.
